Close to several bus routes though, so that was decent. Has the potential to be a really amazing experience if they were a little more guest focused.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY
After making a reservation and then making an additional $85 deposit required to gain check in information, the code provided did not work and I was unable to access the property. When I arrived another guest was on the porch unable to get his code to work. When I pulled up he came at me aggressively thinking I was the property owner coming to let him in. No one answered our attempts to call and we were left with no access and no support. I felt very unsafe and left immediately. The neighborhood is not good and in a way, I am glad I ended up going elsewhere because I felt so uncomfortable with the whole situation. One of the worst traveling situations I have ever encountered.

No contact b n b. Everything went smooth. They provide great directions on how to get in, intimidating at first cuz it’s a lot of copy n pics. King room was as expected… nice if a little janky.

Toiletries and free snacks n foods were very nice.

I came for a weekend of club nights n driving uber. Had a real nice time.

Definition of an Atlanta scam!

Located on Metropolitan if you know anything about that area. But I’m walking around everywhere in the morning evening at night.

When you get to the location, there’s an $85 fee that you are charged. The people will not answer the phone, nor will they answer Expedia/whoever is the middleman phone. Until you pay the $85 deposit. Then when you pay it they don’t return it.

I waited 12 days, for these liars to keep lying. If you’re reading this. Don’t ever go, unless you wanna mess it up for free… a place to unleash your anger. That’s what I should’ve done. My only regret.

Also, there are 1 million people who stay in the house, next to you, across from you, upstairs from you. They come in at all hours of the night. They leave their cars on until 5 AM in front of the bedroom windows so that you cannot get sleep.

Then, they inform their new victims that they can check into YOUR room at 8 o’clock. In the morning! Imagine being woken up by some random people who tell you that the landlord told you to come here lmaooo.

They also inform you that your check out is 10:30 AM, even though the website states that it’s 11 AM. Straight thieves! Lmaooooo.

I will forever have fun with these people. Upon reading other peoples reviews, they state that they returned a deposit and kept all receipts. Kept all of the conversations. So did I.

Alecia the scammer, please tell us your thoughts. I’m anxious. Especially since you lied about a deposit and he won’t give it back. I think my friends who visit the area… or or from the area, but would just like to retreat should stay stay over there. What say you?

My stay at this B&B was amazing. Looks can be deceiving..The neighborhood looks a little tricky, but at night it’s very safe and quiet. I felt extremely safe upon entering the property with cameras on the inside, and the outside of the property. Upon entering the property I was greeted with fresh, clean smell!! I stayed in the basic room which was on the small side, but the bathroom was large and very clean with lots of toiletries to choose from. The best part about my stay, was the snacks. I had coffee and muffins every morning before my convention. I will definitely stay here again!!

I love this place! A true gem in a quiet neighborhood, and so close to downtown ATL. Rooms are clean, building is secure. I've stayed twice and I'm planning a third trip. I almost hesitate to tell people about it because I want my special place to stay low key, but that's selfish. Prices are extremely reasonable given the rooms and location. I feel like a kid living un Atlanta again, like I was so long ago. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.

Overall had a very pleasant experience. I stayed with a group of friends (5 of us total) and we all agreed our stay was enjoyable. We stayed over the weekend of 4-12 upon first arrival the location is a little underwhelming, we had some concern about leaving our vehicle out in the open in the area but nothing happened, I had even dropped my wallet one night and it was still outside in the morning. Now lets get to the good stuff, the bed in my room was a little noisy when i moved but that's just me being picky. Where I was very impressed was the effort put in to have muffins, danish, yogurt, fruit, cokes and orange juice set out and in the fridge for the guest. To me this shows that they cared about my stay and wanted to make it feel like home. I am a make the best with what you have type person and this felt like someone who definitely was doing that. Overall I would come back and stay again next time I'm in Atlanta and would recommend this to most, especially if you don't have a car.

I came from outta town and had some complications with the Atlanta water main break issue and my original hotel was canceled last min unexpectedly. I was able to book last min through Expedia which was a god sent. I called morning of the booking and was giving clear instruction. There is a $85 deposit fee but it is refundable. I got to the location like 45 mins early they said we can just check in. The room had its own bathroom. We were in that space most of the time alone. There was complimentary snacks. And communication was prompt and friendly. The location is close to everything pretty much and I felt safe. I will definitely be booking again.
