We had the best time on my little birthday trip. Miss Jerry is an absolute delight The whole history of the building really comes alive thanks to her and her stories not to mention the amazing breakfast she gives y'all every morning. Best bed and breakfast experience ever had

Beautiful historic hotel with owner on-site, Ms Gerry, whom does everything!! She was the epitome of Southern-hospitality and strives to take care of her guests! Our 2nd floor room was plenty large enough for us with two Queen size beds. We also had the hotel breakfast the next morning which consisted of eggs, cheese grits, bacon, sausage, toast, fruit, banana nut bread, coffee, OJ and water! The night we stayed we went to the 2nd floor game room and activity center. We played cards until late and had a blast! We had an awesome experience and enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you Ms Gerry!!

Absolutely loved this place, Gerrie is a breath of fresh air, her stories are exciting and educational! She makes an outstanding breakfast, love her homemade bread!
Looking forward to a return visit! Can't wait to try her homemade peach ice cream. Fudge is amazing.

Great old time hotel that really feels the history. Gerrie the owner was sweet and full of stories about the hotel, the railroad, the springs, and the celebrities who stayed there. Breakfast was family style and it was so nice meeting your fellow guests. Quick warning if you want a second floor room there are lots of stairs.

My husband and I stayed for one night and we both loved it! As soon as you step inside, you are taken back in time. This old hotel has so much charm to it from the pictures on the walls, the ice cream and fudge parlor downstairs, the furnishings and antiques, and of course, the owner, Ms. Gerrie! She was a joy to have a conversation with and you can definitely tell that she puts all her heart into her customers and into the hotel. The breakfast was delicious! Her cheese grits are especially delectable, the best I've ever had! And everything else was truly delicious, from the eggs, the breads, and the fruit. I highly recommend staying here, and the next time my husband and I are in Warm Springs, we certainly will be booking a room here.

Historical , Authentic Warm Springs Hotel is for those enjoy the ambience of yesteryear with forgiveness for the tired appearing furnishings . They will be rewarded with a night of comfortable sleep on a great mattress with perhaps a bubble bath in a clawfoot beforehand. Our hostess (the proprietor) prepared a lovely breakfast and since we were in the off season, accepted our invitation to join us and began to recite the history of the hotel and chronicle it’s better days and how she and her husband restored it with the community’s help. We spent over 150 dollars in the small antique shops and boutiques. They say Christmas here is wonderfully old fashioned! I may return…

We have been staying at Hotel Warm Springs for over 20 years now. We love it and Gerrie. The hotel is historic and filled with memorabilia. We have never expected fancy amenities in this very home style hotel. Gerrie makes the breakfast and it is always delicious. We love the homey feel and the personalized attention from the owner. This is our main stay whenever we visit Calloway Gardens. There are also some lovely shops on the block for a nice bit of shopping.

I stayed here while visiting family in the area and it was absolutely fantastic. I love the B&B experience when I travel, and Gerri was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. I stayed in room 112 with another family member. The hotel was spotless, the bed was SO comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. I will be traveling to the area frequently, and this is going to be "home base" for me whenever I'm visiting. Gerri has poured her heart into the hotel for decades, and it truly shows in the way she takes care of guests and the building itself. Can't wait to get back there!
