The Spa at Chateau Elan was the highlight of my weekend. Derrick was PHEMONEMAL!! And every detail thought out in the women’s locker room from the dry sauna and the steam room to all the toiletries and luxuries you might need after a day at the spa. I WILL BE BACK and will bring my swimsuit for the indoor pool! Love love love!!

Brunch at Fleur de Lis was also exceptional! Husband had the steak sandwich and I had the butternut squash soup and brussel sprout Caesar! 10/10!!!

Visted Chateau Elan in Georgia in Sept. 2024 and lodged in their SPA side which was absolutely amazing!

The greetings you receive make you feel really special!

Joe, the manager was there at check in and check out and he was absolutely accommodating from beginning to end!
Gave us complimentary wine upon arrival and even watched our bags until we took a restroom break after the travel.

So many amenities when you stay in a SPA ROOM like a huge spacious luxury room that has amazing views of the lake and garden which has hammocks, reclining outdoor covered loungers and tranquil music!

Access to the Hot tub, Amazing Women's locker room ( OMG), a magazine cover sitting, sipping room and SO MUCH MORE!

I felt like I won some of the BIG MEGA!😆

I want to also note that there is a shuttle service that takes you all over their grounds.
Mark picked us up many of the times!
He was cheerful and very informative!

Absolutely unimpressed. We booked the Duo couple massage whuch was advertised as $390 for 100 minutes service. Upon checkout, it was $390 per person which was jaw dropping considering it was a 60 minute massage and 20 minutes soak in a tub. Their amenities are lacking, the pool is extremely small and had a work out group that took over the pool. The hot tub is right at the entry to the spa which is just not relaxing. Not worth the price at all and very misleading advertising. When I questioned the price, the staff member responded in a way that was obvious, it's a frequent occurrence. I've been to spas all over the world and am flabbergasted by this experience. All in all, $990 for 2 glasses of champagne and an hour massage and limited to no spa amenities. At that, the steam room and sauna were both malfunctioning in the men's room and the sauna was not working properly in the women's room. Ridiculous.

The staff here including the massage personnel are amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. The sauna and steam room were not hot when I was there and definitely could use a remodel. The other areas very nice and clean. In my opinion they should make the red light sauna included in the experience. The massage was amazing.

I hope Genesis gets everything she wants for Christmas, because she gave me the best CBD body treatment and massage!! I get massages nearly monthly, but this one was perfect!! Highly recommend her and this spa!

Absolutely wonderful experience! This spa was such a treat, I felt pampered and taken care of and most importantly, very relaxed. The facilities are beautiful and serene, so much you kinda forget you are in Georgia. I got an 80 minute massage and it was the most peaceful time. I also loved the locker/lounge area and enjoyed the steam room the most! Overall top tier experience, can’t wait to be back.
