We are just returning from Mountain Laurel Farm and the wedding of our son. Melody and her staff could not have been better. They provided us a beautiful venue for a glorious fall wedding. Everyone was cordial and helpful. They exemplifed southern hospitality and truly went beyond our expectations. The farm is beautiful. The historic red painted barn made for a rustic and relaxed reception setting. The bride and bridesmaids were thrilled to be able to stay in the century old farmhouse as they were pampered in preparation for their big day. If your considering a visit or an event at the venue, I advise you to call Melody!

My son and now daughter-in-law were married at Mountain Laurel Farm on October 21, 2017. My husband and I and all of our guests can't stop about how fabulous the weekend was. From start to finish Melody was superb to work with.. She is extremely organized with tremendous follow through. Her eye for detail is incredible and she is exceptionally creative. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the facilities are. Our wedding weekend used all of the buildings over the course of the weekend. On Friday night, the rehearsal dinner was in the farmhouse, the wedding was Saturday. Photographs were taken all over the farm with the the beautiful views of the mountains surrounding us. The ceremony was on the lawn outside of the barn once again facing the mountains. The incredible reception with plenty of dancing was inside the beautifully decorated barn. On Sunday morning, we had a going away brunch on the deck of the farmhouse. Everything went of without a hitch! I recommend this venue to anyone who wants to get married in the Georgia mountains. We found Mountain Laurel Farm when we decided to do a weekend getaway in North Georgia. Melody was an amazing host and keeps the property completely perfect and clean. The second we arrived we absolutely fell in love with the farm. We stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room which had fantastic views of the mountains and farm. Fast forward a few months to starting our wedding planning and we kept coming back to the idea of Mountain Laurel Farm. Every time we spoke with Melody, she was so sweet and helpful and made our decision to book with the farm such an easy one. We booked an intimate elopement wedding with 23 guests and it was the best decision we've ever made! The entire process was stress-less and easy thanks to Melody literally handling everything. The day of was absolutely beautiful and I wish we could relive it a million times. EVERYTHING, I mean everything was taken care of and executed beautifully. Melody was an absolute doll and someone we now consider a dear friend to us. Our family and friends were amazed at how laid back and enjoyable the day was and how much work Melody did with such grace. If you're looking for a vintage breathtaking venue in North Georgia, Mountain Laurel Farm is the one!!!!! Absolutely, 100% highly recommend!!!!!

I wish I could give Mountain Laurel Farm 10 stars-- my boyfriend and I had an awesome 2 night stay here! From the moment we checked in, Melody spent over an hour of her time giving us a tour and making recommendations based on our interests. The farm is absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed petting the donkeys and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. The farm is located about 10 minutes from the major hiking trails and wineries around the Cleveland/Helen area... great location. But most of all, we will be returning because of Melody's top-notch hospitality and genuine interest in her guests. You will leave Mountain Laurel Farm filled up with a delicious breakfast and with a new friend in Melody!

We were warmly welcomed and felt immediately right at home at this wonderful B&B! We really enjoyed the delish breakfasts and great conversation in the beautiful farmhouse kitchen. Melody made every breakfast by hand, using locally grown and harvested ingredients. She also responded kindly and generously to a last minute extra guest with us (our niece). The amazing views, sweet farm animals and gorgeous old house and barn added to an idyllic stay for our family. We DEFINITELY plan to stay here again when in Cleveland!

There are no words to describe how amazing Melody and her staff truly are - Mountain Laurel is not just a venue, it is where dreams come true! Melody did an AMAZING job every step of the way! To say I am a type A personality, OCD bride is putting it very lightly - Melody handled my craziness with the utmost professionalism and perfection. She is the nicest woman ever - I actually have invited her to my house several times since we met (she hasn't taken me up on it yet, but she knows she is always welcome here). We decided to do the "all inclusive" package - Melody's recommendations for vendors were spot on every time! The one vendor we had an issue with, Melody took care of for us with grace and is no longer working with that vendor. She truly listens to her brides' requests and concerns. There were so many details that Melody thought of that I would never have remembered and took care of it before I could even worry about it. I recommend Mountain Laurel Farm to everyone for every occasion - weddings or other events or just overnight at the B&B.

My mom and I also stayed one night at her B&B before the wedding when we went up to Cleveland to do hair and makeup trials. I recommend this to all brides! You really get to enjoy the farm before the craziness of your big day.

Mountain Laurel Farm was the best Choice for our wedding. The venue had an amazing history background and a beautiful scenery. Melody and her sister was very friendly and made she we had everything we needed to make our dreams come true! I highly recommend Mountain Laurel Farm for your special day!!
