I had an amazing time touring the Spa with the Owners. They are passionate about the services their business is bringing to the community. I really look forward to trying the sauna with my girlfriend. There are a number of things you can do at this spa, you can get a massage, get a foot detox, spend time in a room with the floor covered in what looks like sand but it's Himalayan rock salt, at times there is sound bowl therapy and I did see a sign for hypnotherapy. The reason I made my first visit was for the Kangen water. I purchased two, 1 gallon glass jugs and had them filled with the Kangen water. The Kangen machine has been on my mind for over a year and at this place you can refill your jugs. I will be back for my first sauna on Monday, I can't wait!

FIVE stars all day. The entire experience has transformed my health and my well being. Twice weekly in the infrared has my BP normal after years of struggling to get it there. RAVE to the alternatives to pharma!!! Martin and Angela are amazing humans and I am grateful to call them friends. Come visit - just don't take my spot 🙂

Incredible addition to Martinez. Owners are amazing & welcoming. The infrared sauna has great health benefits & the owners provide everything you need to clean up & refresh afterwards. Their newest addition the Himalayan salt room is so relaxing & beautiful! Highly recommend InsideOut Spa to everyone!
