Best boba tea shop in the area. Great service. Friendly employees. The taro here could be better. It’s a bit lumpy. They have a bookcase full of board games you can come and play with your friends. They have plenty of tables so there is always room to sit down and relax. Music is always playing which makes it a fun environment.

Stopped by on a Friday night to “do some work” 😅 They had a DJ playing — DJ Ara — which was the perfect background pick-me-up music to get things done!

Maybe it’s just me, but I would love to see a live DJ playing at coworking spaces (with silent headphones if need be!) especially during a hackathon type event.

I used to come here very frequently because the workers were incredibly friendly, and the drinks and food were always delicious with generous portions—especially the popcorn chicken, pearls, and Too Good To Go items. It was definitely one of my favorite spots.

Unfortunately, in recent visits, the service hasn't been the same. One of the workers has been less friendly, and the portions for popcorn chicken and pearls have noticeably decreased, even when ordering double pearls. For Too Good To Go, they used to provide one large drink and one regular size drink, both with generous pearls, but lately, it's only been one regular size drink.

I hope they return to the great service and portions they once offered. With so many other great spots in the East Bay, I might explore other options for now, but I’ll keep an eye on improvements here.

"My friends and I came to this bubble tea shop together. The interior decoration of the shop is very nice and clean, with pleasant music and beautiful LED lights. The staff are warm and friendly, and they provide free toys and games. Many young people are chatting here, and there are also many children playing with toys. We ordered three cups milk tea, and they were all delicious and creamy. We also ordered three kinds of snacks, and the popcorn chicken here is the best I've ever had in the Bay Area. The other snacks are also good. I highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it."

Reliably delicious food and drinks, super friendly service, fun music and claw machines. The floor is a little dirty sometimes but hardly anything to be bothered by. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and the servers were nice. I met a couple regulars who have a known order, which always makes me feel better knowing others come in regularly enough / love it just as much. Right now there is a promotion where each drink has a chance to win something free at the lab (I win fries and an extra boba!). 10/10 would go back again

The meal was quick. The beef Katsu is small and thin and not worth the price. boba clumped together and did not break up. The portions are also small. It's different than the first time. Disappointed.

Clean and spacious. Good customer service. Popcorn chicken is tasty and delicious! Cheeseburger Bao was inedible, wasn't steamed long enough! Glad that they offered almond milk as an alternative to regular milk.
