1st let's start with the good..Brandy and Molly are amazing!!!
Now for the services and results...awful
I bought the new laser treatments and they did absolutely nothing...and I was even told they haven't seen great results. Changed to Cavi and still nothing. They even gave me extra visits and still nothing. Wasted a couple thousand dollars that I wish I didn't. And yes I did the collagen as told, wore the compression all day, did the dry brushing daily, drank all my water and walked.
The only reason for 1 stars is for Brandy and Molly. Otherwise this is negative stars!

They stole $1000 from a sweet lady on social security!!!! DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTIST!!! I've heard multiple people saying the same thing. Absolutely horrible!

I read some of the negative reviews of Body Oasis and felt the need to share my experience. This place is fantastic and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone for several cavi-lipos and my legs look better than ever. I also went for the Botox that one reviewer criticized because the product was late. The girls in the office kept me informed the whole time. This was beyond their control. Love this place and the services are not a scam. Look them up on Google. Please do your homework before attacking a business. Not fair. My legs after cavi. I am 56 years old.

If your a type 1 diabetic don't waste your time. They don't do any services on us. When you call the call center you won't get asked about it or when you call the office in Gardendale you won't get asked about it until you have wasted your time off work and gas driving there. She was very apologetic but it was a little too late by then. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I will not refer anyone to this business...

I did the questionnaire several days ago. This gave your staff plenty of time to review it and contact me to cancel. It seems your staff is missing crucial steps in their process. It caused a bad customer service problem. I wasted my time and gas.

I would just like to say that this is a great place! The people are nice, they are professional and the results are fantastic! I have tried quite a few of their treatments and each and every one of them is fantastic! The treatments have helped me lose the stubborn inches and have helped to tighten my skin as well!

First off, I sent a Facebook message flooding with questions. They were so patient with answering all my questions and were very prompt.
After going back and forth on messenger, I finally decided to try out the Cavi-Lipo service on my stomach area.
Honestly, I was skeptical, but I can tell a HUGE difference in my stomach.
I am in and out in 30 minutes!

Obviously, there is not such thing as a magic pill, but this service has shrunk my midsection and has given me more confidence to wear my prepregnancy tops. I do exercise and follow a somewhat healthy diet to go with this. They encourage you to drink lots of water.

The staff is friendly, but that’s not enough. This place is basically a scam I would not recommend. Paid for 6 cavi lipo sessions, but they could never get me in back to back like it’s supposed to be done so it wasn’t effective.started treatment mid 2020 and here I am just finishing up in July of 2021. On my last appointment I had my day mixed up & they said I lost that appointment. I always scheduled my appointments on Thursdays & they had to change my day last minute and it threw me off, but they said there was nothing I could do, just forfeited that session & threw my money away. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.

I scheduled services for my mother and myself and the manager and sales manager were very unprofessional blaming me for an error made by their staff for not scheduling the appointments in their system. I was insulted by the manager for not knowing the name of the the employee that took my information and for not knowing their business protocol (I’m not an employee, I’m a customer). She went on to say I was trying to take employees time away from their families. I then talked to the sales manager who asked us to feel out paperwork while she talked to a technician. Then the sales manager called me back at their establishment to let me know they would not offer any services to my mom and myself that day because she couldn’t find information that was not put in by their employee, but we could complete paperwork and pay for service’s to be scheduled later. What an insult! As my mother and I were about to get in my car, two employees came running out of the building to get our paperwork. The employees had a manager on the line while asking for the documents, I told them I would not be giving them any documents because it had personal information on it. They asked for it again saying they would shred it, I told them no as I closed my car door and locked it and immediately left the store. I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received and never plan to return.
