I called last night at 6:30 to make an appointment for the following day at 1:45 for a fill and a full set. Upon arrival we were greeted with unpleasant and dirty looks. We explained that we had called the previous night, to which they looked at us like they had no idea and quite frankly, like they wanted us to get out. There is CLEAR lack of not only communication, but also hospitality. We were told to wait since there was no one available. We sat for about 15 minutes before we left. It is truly unacceptable to book an appointment for the following day when there is no one available. I understand that its Valentine’s Day today, but when I had called the following night I explained that is was okay if they were fully booked for the day. This was just the cherry on top of the plethora of bad experiences I’ve had at Princess Nails. Will never go back to this rude and gross establishment.

I had a disappointing experience here. The woman who checked me in was rude and unprofessional, setting a negative tone from the start. The “technician” who did my nails was even worse- extremely rude and dismissive.
The salon itself is outdated and not well-maintained. What really concerned me was the lack of cleanliness. The tools barely seemed cleaned after use, which is completely unacceptable. It's clear hygiene isn't a priority here. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Most people do walk-in so if you don’t mind the wait of people ahead of you, they’re fine. Quite speedy once they get to you. They don’t have the disposable slippers though so if you do regular pedi like I did, may have to walk across the floor on barefoot.

Edited: there was not enough time for my regular pedi to dry, the manicurist said it would be okay but I ended up home with the color wrinkled. Just do gel pedi if you don’t mind it.

This is my 3rd time here. My first 2 experience I love how the woman took care of my manicure and gel nails she paid attention to details and was careful. This time I decided to get manicure acrylics nails and I had a different person take of it she filed into my right pinky to where it bled at the end I did tell her more than a few times physically and verbally that it hurt she ignored it. She offered to put some blue liquid on the injured pinky I declined her offer. I should have paid attention to the red flags with this person her attitude was a bit off she also didn’t soak my hands and clean the dead skin off which I’m disappointed never again. She seemed irritated that she couldn’t put the blue liquid on. If it ain’t neosporin or a proper first aid kit don’t offer me something unknown.

They don’t rush in doing my nails unlike other places I’ve been in the past. Polish are always done so well. I’m just concerned if they sterilize the nail supplies they use for each client. As I noticed that the person doing my pedicure just dip one of her nail supply from my spa chair (where you dip your feet) to clean it and put it back in one of the drawers they use 🫤

I give one star because the pedi was good. The owner is rude and the tech I had didn't speak a bit of English. I never felt so unwelcome, as everyone ignores you, the tech doesn't understand me, and nobody assists to translate, jsut leaving me at her mercy. She didn't understand the shape I requested, straight, short, with a slight square. She cut them shorter and round. I left her generous tip for a good pedi though. She left and didn't even check if the polish was dry and let me go. My keys scratched the polish and I had to have her touch it up, but it looked terrible. I wanted out of there so bad, I didn't have her repaint it. After 2 days, polish pitted, cracked, and chipped off. Went in to have them redo it, and Li, the owner wanted me to pay again. I told her I wouldn't pay again, and she told me to not come back, as if I wanted too? I was very polite, and did nothing to deserve her rude treatment of me. It took little time and I tipped the tech for repainting. I told Li I was going to give a bad review, she didn't care at all.

They ruined my mothers nails and were physically aggressive with my grandmother when doing her nails. I am fortunate enough to have a decent experience here but the service my family experience here is UNEXCEPTABLE. Service took close to five hours only for my mothers nails to turn out nothing like simple reference picture she showed. To make matters worse, we wanted to provide my grandmother with a nice relaxing nail experience and they were not only slow to do her nails, but constantly pulled and tugged at my grandmother's arm. We were loyal customers here but the service has severely declined and we will no longer be returning to this horrible establishment.
