Stayed a night with 2 babies and partner. Hotel is decent, we did not have any issues with our stay. The reason for 4 start is due to minus 1 star since there was no brewed coffee for bfast. You have to use a machine that dispenses lattes, the coffee was not good. We enjoyed the heated pool. We were not bothered by hwy noise, an added bonus is Tesla Super chargers are next door. I would recommend if passing by and i would personally stay again if i had to.

Love this location! Great stopping point for a 900 mile trip. Indoor pool is a huge plus as is the 2 King suite. Breakfast is hot and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the $30/dog/night fee. And honestly, I’m guessing they put that money to good use as the room is super clean compared to other pet friendly hotels. $60/night is just a bit high for our budget. Wish it was more like $30 for the first dog and another $10 for the 2nd. 🤪
In regards to the King suite, it’s a huge room overlooking the pool, 2 King beds plus 1 or 2 sofa beds, plus some chairs and bench seats. Plenty of room to stretch out.

Well, we stayed here a few times. Each time something happened terrible.. very dangerous area .. first time they had a couple of guys trying to rob the front desk. Second time we witness customers being harassed in parking lot by either homeless people or just scum. Third time I got so sick accidentally left a few items in room in dresser.. by the time we noticed our vacation isn’t even over yet and they said 7 days for lost in found! BS!!! I’ve never heard of such a thing, These were our absolute favorite outfits. I hope I don’t return to find employees wearing because I have proof these are ours clothes. Unbelievable! I hope to speak with the owner. Seems to be some bad employees taking lost and found too soon.

Able to accommodate our family of five in one room without extra charges. Great spot right off the freeway and very quiet inside. Breakfast is good and lots of food near by. Clean and comfy.

My fiance and I are staying here for his company's annual Christmas party and the lights kept shutting off while I was showering. The bedding and towels are dingy. The nightstands, desk, entertainment center, microwave and drawers were all very dirty. The top and side of the love seat and the base of the lamp had a very thick layer of dust and when I wiped off the love seat, the rag was brown. The mirrors are dirty and other areas of the carpet and along the wall that are covered in dust and hair.These rooms are not being cleaned properly at all. The water pressure for the shower is the worst of anywhere I've ever stayed.The hot chocolate in the lobby is seriously watered down, you don't taste much hot chocolate at all. Would not ever stay here again.

The jacuzzi suite is a waste of money as it wasn’t working and the room was small. Also the AC/heating unit was out of order . The ventilation fan wasn’t working either so the room was stuffy all night . The pool is nice. The breakfast is ok . The service is ok . I think overall it was overpriced.

Excellent place to stay, clean rooms, customer service was spot on, bravo. Enjoyed the pool, water was clean, nice indoor environment. The room was really nice, had a beautiful view outside my window, I would definitely stay here again. Good job.

Had a reservation, and when we arrived, were given a room at the far-end of the hotel near the stairway. There was a man laying back on the stairs, talking on a cell phone, sounding like he was under the influence of something. This was right outside our door! We went inside the room and found it to be less than expected. When I found a cockroach in the bathroom, I squashed it and flushed it down the toilet. We never took our luggage into the room, so decided right then that we would not be staying. My wife told the desk clerk that she didn't feel safe staying and that we would be requesting a refund. She told her manager that we were in the room for "more than an hour" and should be charged full price. We were not in that room for more than ten minutes! I understand cancellation policies, but in this case, there was no way we were staying. We were charged $173 for a ten-minute viewing, and I even killed a big roach for them! The sketchy guy was still on the stairs when we left.
We are now staying at Hampton Inns. No more Best Western.
