I was incredibly satisfied with our stay at the Holiday Inn in Corning, California. The staff was incredibly sweet. The entire stay, the rooms were super clean and well kept, and the breakfast was very yummy. I was particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel lobby and breakfast area along with the hallways. I wanted to shout out the person in charge of the front desk, who was incredibly kind throughout our stay and was very friendly and accommodating. At one point, my mom needed a safety pin, and she gladly accommodated that. I really appreciated the kind behavior of all the staff at this hotel.

We stayed at the Corning Holiday Inn Express last week on the way up north and it was great! The new remodel has made it look very nice. There are a few small things they are still polishing up but Becky and other staff are friendly and helpful. We will for sure stay again!

Everyone knows great customer relations is key to long-term business success and while I do not stay at Holiday Inn often, this is an excellent property mainly due to its staff, value and cleanliness, heck, even the luggage carts wheel properly.

Rebecca was our first contact when checking in, she made us feel very welcomed, greeted us warmly, thanked us for being IGH members. She was a breath of fresh air, very kind, professional and respectful of our time.

The staff, value, cleanliness, and property improvements are a plus but, to me is it the staff and team members like Rebecca that will keep us coming back.

Definitely older hotel that is going under much needed renovation, - entire front entrance was just empty walls and checking in was on the side section (small room) of the entrance-single desk, office bit clustered.

Rooms and bathrooms definitely need renovation, was clean though. And service was good, in the evening and in the morning. I booked a room directly on the website and there was no mention about renovation.

Breakfast was good but no tables to sit for a breakfast (besides 3 chairs) and was told its ok to bring breakfast up to the room but there were no trays or any other means to take food without running down from the room at least twice. By the time got back to the room with coffee and juice, eggs and sausage were cold. Since hotel is undergoing renovation and still accepting guests, would suggest to make it easier for the guests. Overall not bad experience

We had 2 outstanding stays at this Holiday Inn Express. Awesome service, accommodating, pet friendly, and went out of their way on all occasions. Might we add, a great breakfast with lots of choices! Thank you and keep up the GREAT work!

Nice Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area as far as restaurants and shopping.

The morning breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express and Suites breakfast. The staff took good care of keeping everything stocked and fresh.

The rooms were nice and clean with large widescreen TVs.

Overall, a nice Holiday Inn Express and Suites at a good value!

Our room was clean and very comfortable! Becky has amazing costumer service, she made us feel welcomed since we checked in until we checked out! We will definitely be back!

the stay was good room was nice. shower was powerful it was to much pressure and the tub did not drain very fast but it was alright. we only stayed 1 day. The night time check in person did not know know much about transportation to the casino down the street but he was nice enough that i did not care.
