I had the best experience here, they are very clean, professional, and very well experienced which I highly appreciate because I had a botched lip filler experience elsewhere and came here looking for help. I scheduled with Olga and she is a life saver, just absolutely amazing! She enjoys and cares about what she does, it truly shows. They care about your results and make the experience as comfortable as possible. I trusted her professional opinion when advising me how I can have the results I wanted and I can’t thank her enough for bringing my confidence back. Helathbay med spa gave me an excellent experience getting my lips done for the first time! I went into the appointment a little bit nervous and not knowing what to expect, but front desk staff were extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. Olga was amazing and she walked me through the whole process. She was extremely detail oriented and she walked me through everything we would enhance. She also gave me so much useful information about aftercare and she was super gentle during the actual procedure. I am beyond happy with my results and love the shape of my lips. We also had a consultation about another procedure I plan to get done for my cystic acne and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the latest technologies and what would work best for my skin. I cannot recommend Healthbay Med spa enough!

I booked an appointment with HealthBay MedSpa in Walnut Creek and had an extremely disappointing experience. I never received any confirmation messages by text, email, or phone call to verify my appointment, provide the location, or communicate any necessary details. Despite their stated policy of sending confirmation messages 48 hours in advance, I received absolutely nothing—no courtesy reminders, no directions, and no indication of the forms they expected me to complete.

Without any guidance, I ended up going to the wrong location. After this lack of communication, I was still charged half the service fee ($300) for no services. This left me feeling completely in the dark and unsupported as a client. I would not recommend this med spa based on my experience.
