Wow I could say a ton of great things about LaserAway. First off, the staff is amazing! Nurses are top rate and professional. Second Erica, Tina, Jasmin, and Anastasia at the front make me feel not only comfortable but special. Love them all! They are just so sweet and beautiful and incredibly intelligent! They know all the in's and out's and know what you need before you think it. They are very knowledgeable about all the products and treatments. They really make it fun to come in and hangout. You get a treatment and just feel amazing. The office and treatment rooms are spotless and clean like a surgical suite. The Concord Ca area they are located in is filled with restaurants and shopping, a state-of-the-art theatre. Whole foods and Pete's coffee are right next door. Just a healthy way to get pampered and feel like a million bucks.

I want to share how great the Concord location is from the front desk staff to the nurses. The front desk staff were extremely hospitable, greeted everyone with smiles and made all the customers feel at home. Everyone was escorted to their rooms and made to feel comfortable. I have been treated by Stephanie and Melisa and both nurses were amazing. They were extremely precise with their work and made the process painless. Both went into detail regarding after treatment care and made sure I understood the do’s and dont’s. The staff even provided me with another appointment before I concluded the current appointment I was on.Concord location by far has surpassed expectations! Big shout out to the MVP (Carissa) of Laser Away for fixing the initial disaster I had with the company.
