It was the best facial I ever had..... the first time I ever even knew that my skin in my face could breathe and it felt so good!! .....I left out of there glowing and so happy to finally get the right help that I needed. I was amazed at even looking at myself. I am an African-American 73-year-old
retired longshorewoman working in blazing sun for 20 plus years and I know I haven't been treating my face properly but since going there and working with Gabriella my esthetician, that was very patient and told me every procedure and step that i was going through. I already look amazing in just one treatment....at least that's what my sister said when she saw me and she had one there too and she looked just as amazing and glowing as me!! so we knew we were in the right place because we both look good. And we are going to even look better because we are going to get more treatments thank you so much!!!.... Everybody was so professional the place was immaculate very clean ....Clean as is my face now!. loved it! and will be back. And from the facial analysis from the salon owner I will be working on sunspots removal and then I'll have a new youth. And I think I'm worth it..... No!! I know I'm worth it. Thank Again!!! This was one of the worst experiences I have had. First you know you are at the right place when you have to walk around the homeless man sleeping in a chair in front of the door. Once in we noticed the ac was out, keep in mind it was about 95 degrees outside. When we asked about it they said it's just out in the front, ok sorry for receptionist but stayed with the plan for the hydra facial we got a coupon for. Had to wait for someone to come get us and someone that was either the owner of the bldg or the office manager (we were each told a different story) came in with dog that dog proceeded to attack one of the workers I was told later that it actually had bit the receptionist at one point. Who thought it was a good idea to bring around clients? Well we finally went in for the facial and of course the ac was out in all the rooms. Decided to bear through it, was truly looking for a new place but once the facial started all hope was lost. We received an offer for a hydra facial. There was suppose to be exfoliating and extractions, but the machine was barely used for that type of treatment. I basically paid 89.00 to have a basic face cleaning, moisturizer and spf in a room with no air conditioning. Then the hard sell for us to spend 1800.00 for packages on top of packages, buy one get one free offers, offer coupons that they weren't suppose to offer, and the icing? When she stated... well? You really need this, you should get it. My advise is to be weary of any business that pushes that hard, smells like desperation.

I'm just glad I only paid 89.00 instead of full price.

I’ve been coming to Le Caprice since Dec 2022, purchased a holiday promo facial and the experience was amazing, so I had to come back!
I purchased the bundled treatment packages a couple times after that, which includes skin analysis, custom facials, t-shock treatments and top notch skin care products.
The hydra facial was great, but unfortunately my sensitive skin was not able to handle it, but Nadie the manager was able to provide me with customized facials which does wonders to my skin!
All the staff have been very nice & welcoming, and the estheticians are very skilled. I had 3 different estheticians so far since going there (Rebecca, Maricela & Eilbra), and all 3 of them have been AMAZING! I’m so happy with my experiences at Le Caprice and I’m always looking forward to my visits.

I bought a package of facials and was told it could address my sun spots when I did so. The staff is very nice and I don’t really have complaints.

I told them at my last appointment that I didn’t want more treatments with them and I was going to address my sun spots with laser treatment. To address my sunspots without laser I really needed to come in monthly (which I was not able to do) and likely do a lot more treatments (which I didn’t want to pay for).

I ended up doing laser which addressed my sunspots in one session. Wish I had just done that from the beginning.

I starting having the most awful skin in my mid 30's, and by the time I turned 38, I started going to Le Caprice. I had tried to avoid spending a lot of money on myself, but after trying tons of products, I couldn't get a handle of the cystic acne, dry spots, and rashes that seemed to come and go so regularly. I couldn't figure out what my skin wanted from me! My first appointment was for a Hydro-facial which not only felt great, but the esthetician talked me through every step to help me understand what each product was for. It was a pleasurable experience, but as you probably know, one appointment can't solve 4+ years of bad skin. The esthetician recommended I do a series of rotating hydro-facials and enzyme peels and offered me a discount to purchase them all up front. I ended up purchasing 6 total facials with the plan to get one facial each month. I'm currently 4 of my 6 facials in, and my skin is glowing!! I can't remember the last time I had clear, skin like this (I was probably a teenager)! I have seen 3 different estheticians for these facials and all have been kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Le Caprice if you've been struggling to get a hold of your skin care like I was. Bonus: NOBODY tried to sell me any expensive products, instead they asked me what I am currently using and gave me some recommendations for long term skin care (hint: USE SUNSCREEN!!).

The owners of this business are dishonest. They own another salon in the Bay Area where my elderly mother bought a 10 facial package for over $1,000. After using two of the facials, the store closed with the promise of re-opening in two months - it has been over six months and there is no sign of the salon re-opening - the website has no updates and their space in the mall has be re-occupied. I have spoken to Nadi at Le Caprice who promised to get back to me but he has not. Just a warning that the ownership might pressure you into buying a package then close up shop with little notice and not reimburse you.
