The area was great. The quality of the room and the cleanliness of things was very poor at best. The towels were filthy all except one. The walls had holes and the paint looked like it had so much dinginess to it you might not want to touch the walls. The furniture had holes. The bed was clean...or at least I didn't see anything questionable. The price was low but this is definitely one of those times where it felt like I got what I paid for. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not only they lied but tried book online at desk now no rooms. They smirked and tried to say $30 more that they agreed. Upset waist my time

Worst experience of my life. Dirty bathroom, floor, towels, sink and roches everywhere. I went wih family, we arrive at 12am today and left at 8am. HORRIBLE HOTEL IN THE USA. When I asked the manager about it, Sam, she told me if I pay an extra $50 / night, she will give me an upgrade room. 🤨🤨🤨

Check in was horrible i arrived around 4pm just for the fd to tell me that my reservation was cancelled due to non payment (mind you i had made this reservation months ahead to lock in a good price) i had told them i made my reservation thru expedia it was prepaid meaning i was going to pay when i arrived they asked me to call expedia where i booked it from i called and they saw my reservation on good standing but didnt know why the hotel was refusing to check me in after an hour of being on the phone with expedia they finally gave me a room but the fd said i had to pay the weekend rate i told her theres no way i got a good quote from Expedia and that’s what im expecting to pay they had to honor it! i had ex on the phone the whole time so they heard everything these crooks were saying so they told me to pay whatever amount they were asking for and i was going to be issued a refund for the difference which i did a few days later.. do not make reservations to this hotel they would try to change the price when you arrive very dishonest and on top of that girl at the desk was catching an attitude as if it was my fault. Never staying here again bad service horrible experience.

This place was a horrible experience. Where do I start...

How about one towel and face cloth previously used. Or the graffiti in the room next to the bathroom. Or how about the stained bed comforter (I'm using comforter very loosely) or the lack of a refund for the false advertising from hotwire.

I would not ever recommend anyone ever stay here. You're much better finding a Airbnb for the same price. You guys need to do better and completely remodel, revamp, and sterilize the entire building. You guys should be disgusted and no one should ever be subjected to such a horrible experience.

Place was infested with roaches! Doors, walls, floors and room it’s self was really dirty. No towels were provided, bed sheets were dirty. Place is a mess! Office staff couldn’t provide me with a different room due to it “being late” Don’t recommend this motel, spend your money elsewhere better.

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs in the room, stains on the walls, a dirty bathmat, cigarette smell and burns in the shower curtain (the room was labeled smoke-free). We got the hell out of there after 10 minutes.

I had a room confirmed and booked when I got there the guy told me they gave my room away, i was fine with that but they never gave me a refund is very difficult to talk to them about refunds no one really knows what going on here I wouldn’t stay here again currently I am out 200 dollars because these people don’t know how to run a motel do not go here unless you enjoy not getting a room you paid for and not getting a refund / assistance to get a refund, I’ve stayed at some pretty bad places but won’t ever be returning here is there an option to give less than 1 star?
