I am not usually one to leave reviews I just check them for good business. It was either cause a scene or leave a review for others to see how unprofessional and cocky this establishment has gotten. Prior to my showing up I called and asked if I could get my nail repaired since my usual nail tech was booked up. I was told yes. The receptionist was very sweet. She tried to assist me in finding a color to match my original color. As I sat down to get my nail fixed the nail tech was very rude and insulting. He lashed out insult after insult about how my nails looked. After about 5-6 mins of hearing this, he finally pushed my hand away and refused to repair my nail because he stated “he wasn’t going to like how it looked.” This is highly unprofessional, I have to walk around with them not him he act as if I asked for a full set. This was a reminder as to why I stopped going to them before. Highly unrecommended. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had. Came here because my original nail salon was booked and I really wanted my nails done. She applied the acrylic on wrong. Which it caused my nails to look bubbly. I asked for coffin but they look oval. I wanted triangle French tip but she didn’t know how to apply it properly, so I just got one color to call it day. Moral of the story if your original nail salon is booked up just get press ons

I don't usually do stuff like this but I am just so upset with the quality of the work.
I went this morning to get my toenails painted.
The guy was very nice, but he did not do a good job at all. He was way too quick to finish & didn't even try to clean around the edges and ends of my nails. I didn't want to say something to him and cause a scene & I also had to go back to work and didn't have time for him to redo them.
I will not be going back!

My mom got a pedicure today and was given so much attitude when she asked (right after being seated) for regular polish and not gel. Like a look of disgust. I was sitting next to her and was completely distraught with the reaction she was given. I told my mom that I would’ve left if that had been me. Throughout the service multiple remarks were made. My mom answered kindly like she wasn’t phased, even though she was!
Her heels were barely scrubbed so she asked if she could scrub one more spot and more attitude was given. I know when I get a pedicure I’m mostly there for the foot maintenance so that’s the important part.

All was well until a manicurist (23 year experienced) did not do her job properly and rushed through my nails with an unclean work area. I tried to go back and get them to fix it but I had to wait 30 minutes (others came in after me and they took them before me) they wouldn’t listen to what type of nails I got and were about to soak off my acrylic (when they could’ve filed off the gel and buff and and repainted them.) then after I told them this they proceeded to put me off and take other clients in. ….I walked out.

I showed them a specific reference picture but they made my nails look totally different. When I talked about this problem, the dude who did my nail said I didn't show him the picture early enough, which is not true because I had the picture on my screen the whooollle time. I even had it on the screen as I entered the building. The dude looked at the reference picture and talked about it before working on my nails. Why would you lie and put the blame on me? Also they have a worker who asks a minor about her age, whether she has a boyfriend or not, and if she wants his number after getting the nails done. Even if it was a joke, not funny.

I have never given a 1 star. I was unimpressed with the cavalier air the gentleman that provided my service. I travel a lot for work. I am used to pleasant and professional service. So I paid for it to stop. I am sure they have enough business that my experience will not matter. However, to me, matters. Therefore, I have spoken my lived experience.

We had wonderful time on Betty's 99th birthday getting pampered. She loved her pedicure by Hunter.?and Helen and Tammy were great too.
