Terrible customer service. Another client that was obviously a regular just walked in the door, paid and went to a room when my wife had an appointment and she was next to go in. They told her to come back later. NEVER visit this business if you respect yourself, cause they don't respect you.

If you care about whether or not someone actually knows what they're doing when you're getting a massage, don't go here. I'm not a licensed, certified massage therapist (and neither was she), but I've paid for a few massages from people that were and the difference is huge. I couldn't in my right mind recommend anyone to pay massage therapist rates at this parlor and get a massage that will leave you in worse condition afterward.
