This place was amazing! We had an amazing time there enjoying the atmosphere. The area is also decorated very nicely and is even better at night. We had the opportunity to help Carly with some of the chores in the morning feeding the animals and really experiencing the farm life. This is a 10/10 and I would encourage anyone who comes across this place to put it at the very top of your list of options! Truly wonderful!

We stopped through Paso Robles on our way to Monterey, so glad we did. Had an amazing stay at Carly’s. Carly is kind, knowledgeable, clear with communication and easy to talk to. She even gave us suggestions for breakfast that worked out perfectly. The stay was extremely peaceful and we had so much fun! We walked the premises that is staged like an old/quaint western town. They have a saloon, museum an antique farm equipment area, blacksmith station, lounge, beautiful grass area , tree house and more. The highlights: tour of the farmstead, helping Carly feed all the animals while she gave us history on the land, family and education of working a farmstead. The evening brought the most striking evening sky you will ever see. It was like a sheet of bright stars. Every star was so clear, you can even see the Milky Way! We plan on going back soon! Gorgeous location in central California. Carly and her family are the most friendly and accommodating people. Stayed for one night and we wish we stayed for a week. Highly recommended

I arrived to find comfort and peace which I thoroughly enjoyed. My cottage was so sweet and bath nearby. A young family were my neighbors which was so fun; we shared stories in the communal kitchen! The highlight was an educational and sincere tour with Carly experiencing her workday caring for the animals and land. She took me and my dog summer for a ride in a jeep to explore their acreage and learn about the history. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return.

An oasis hidden just drive away from Paso Robles. Pleasantly surprised by how well the place is kept and thoughtfully designed by the family. It was lovely to meet two generations of Miller Roth ranch and learning about sustainable farming and raising animal stocks. Carly was very helpful in the booking process and sharing the activities to do at the farm. The place is peaceful and rejuvenating. It was definitely worth 2 hours detour for us to make this stop on the trip and overnight stay was comfortable and relaxing. A perfect place for wedding, petting goats and just any group event you might want to hold.

Almond springs and the miller moth ranch are absolutely gorgeous! We stayed the night in one of their cabins that was spacious and warm! We had access to the whole property for the evening and enjoyed walking under the stars and enjoying their onsite game room! Carly is super accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend for anyone trying to get out of the city and enjoy the stars without any light pollution. Will definitely be back! Thank you almond springs for hosting us!

Wow. My 14 & 11 year old boys and I absolutely loved our one night stay at Almond Springs and it was well worth the 4+ hours drive up from LA.

Set in beautiful countryside and well
maintained vineyards, Almond Springs was
exactly the peace and tranquillity I was looking for after the crazy intensity of LA.

The cabin we stayed in was gorgeous...built
with recycled materials in the coolest way with fantastic quirky details. No off the shelf stuff/IKEA furniture here! Everything seemed to be built by hand with great old fashioned
craftsmanship, love and amazing creativity.

It's an incredibly interesting place to hang out. Hard to describe it all but l'd say it's classily rustic and very comfortable.

Carly is a great host and gave us a fantastic
welcome and told us the history of this unique place. In the morning she gave us a tour of the ranch including getting to hold and stroke some of the many baby goats being born at this time of year.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Totally recommend this place!

We had the most the most amazing stay at Almond Springs . A great welcome from the family - they all went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. The cabins and the ranch are beautifully decorated, this peaceful quiet farmstay is the perfect spot to escape! Cooking facilities were amazing, everything had been thought about! Would definitely recommend to families, couples and friend groups. You will also learn lots about all the animals on the ranch, and country life!
