First time at this facility and it is my last. Anytime I go to a spa. I have shower shoes that I wear to protect my feet from any fungus. The owner would not allow me to wear them and said I must go barefoot. She promised it was very clean, but it doesn’t count for the other people walking around that might have athletes foot or some kind of fungus. The mats in the spa are hard and hurt your feet. The shower was scalding hot then it would go cold without touching the nozzle then it would burst out scalding water again. I let management know, and he took me back to the showers to show me that I was wrong. He turned on the shower and he burnt his arm and apologized to me and said they were gonna call a plumber. Meanwhile, people are getting burnt until the plumber comes.. A Waste of $30.

I’m a huge fan of Korean spas (jimjilbang 찜질방). While it might not be the as flashy as other options in ktown, this is not to be missed. It’s located inside a mall and is on the third floor. I know these places can feel intimidating if you’ve never been before, but don’t let it stop you! The women at the front will walk you through and tell you everything you need to know to enjoy the facility. And honestly if you end up confused, pretty much anyone there will help you out too, very communal feeling.

This place has all the basic amenities needed and the price is right. I got the Gold Special, a two hour service that includes a body scrub, hair treatment, and a lovely massage. Make sure to bring cash to tip your person. The whole spa facility was clean and wasn’t overly crowded like some other places are which was so nice as I went on a Saturday. The food in the cafe was incredible, and I really recommend you try the Korean rice drink as it’s perfectly sweet and cold.

Lastly, make sure to park in the parking structure that is outlined in blue as you’ll get 6 hours included parking on P2. Don’t make the mistake I did and park in the structure next door, they’re expensive.

We were given a gift of two massages as a Christmas present and we were VERY rudely told that we were not “tipping enough”. The lady in front went out of her way to cancel our transaction to make sure we tipped more - by the way, we tipped 20% EACH ON TWO massages. They wanted more than 20%. It was nothing short of extortion. One and done visiting this place for us.

Smaller compared to Korean spas I have been to.

We took advantage of their small gym and did some LISS for about 20 minutes before our massage appts.’

I came with my mom and it was her first time to a Korean spa. My mom enjoyed her session, though she prefers gentle massages. I, on the other hand, prefer my massages to be more intense. My mom said we should’ve switched masseuses.

The saunas were nice. We were able to try each room once before we started to get hungry.

We ate at their cafe and ordered the galbitang and shared it. It was yummy.

Overall, it was good. The place was clean and the staff was nice.

I will NEVER go back here.

The positives:
The front desk staff was lovely and explained things very well.

The negatives:
I went for a scrub and massage, but it was incredibly uncomfortable. The massage was done on the same table as the scrub, and that table was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
I told her I needed a towel rolled under my back because it hurt and she kept taking it bac/away. She was also so extremely rough and showed no care. It took me a week to recover from the bruises. During my massage, several staff members gathered around me, talking loudly. When I opened my eyes, I saw six of the massage staff surrounding me, smiling and pointing at my body, specifically my butt. It was the opposite of relaxing. I almost left immediately

Then I had a facial. The esthetician's phone rang during the session, and she answered it right by my head, proceeding to have a conversation while using her dirty hands on my face.

To top it off, the massage therapist chased me down in the locker room to demand her tip, even though I had already explained I needed to pay with a card. The entire experience was very uncomfortable.

I paid a lot of money on my birthday to feel like a sideshow and leave feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

Only used the men’s sauna and the jimjilbang. Went on a Tuesday at noon. Sauna is small but is very clean and has all the amenities you need to feel squeaky clean. If it’s you’re first time at a Korean spa, the staff will gladly explain to you how everything works. I was nervous about going here based on some of the reviews saying this place is “bare bones” but I didn’t feel that at all. It was relaxing and quiet, unlike Wi Spa where people are talking way too loud and there’s kids running around everywhere. Food in the jimjilbang is good too, I had the seaweed soup. Saw people eating the bibimbap and tofu soup, also looked good. Overall it was very relaxing and I would come back again for the quiet and relaxing ambiance. It’s also great that this spot is in the same building as H-Mart. I went grocery shopping after and got boba across the street at Tiger Sugar.

Really enjoyed working out and relaxing here. I don't have a real basis for comparison as this was my first k-town spa, but I went on a Sunday and found it clean, not very busy (had several of the pools and rooms to myself at times), and very calming and peaceful.

In the sex segregated sections they had hot pool, cold pool, wet and dry saunas, and showers. In the communal areas they had cafe, lounge space, and charcoal, clay, and salt hot rooms, as well as a cool room. Aveda toiletries were a nice touch, as were free razors and toothbrushes.

Also enjoyed that they had a basic but functional gym that you could use as well. Plus, the food in the café was very tasty. Staff explained protocol well to this newbie. All in all a really good experience and a very relaxing place to be.
