Had to call cops to get my receipt:

Should have known by some of the reviews. I went in for the deep tissue $80 combo ( that's what she told me) for 90 minutes.

I told the therapist that I needed the focus to be my head and shoulders for about 40% of the massage. Each time I reminded her, she will only spend 2 minutes massaging my head and shoulder, and then go back to other body parts. It was odd. It was a constant back and forth to focus on the body part that's more important to me.

When I went to pay, the front lady did apologize and said next time to call her if they are not doing what I asked.

After, I paid $80 cash and left. I forgot that I didn't get a receipt. I went back within 5 to 10 minutes. The front lady that checked me in and out earlier said that she wanted to see my Drivers License before she can give me a reciept. I told her that I never heard that before for cash. I told her that I can give her my name. She refused. I asked if she asks everyone for this and she kept saying that she needs an ID.

So I called cops.

While waiting for cops, I noticed others paying and she didn't ask for an ID. When cops came she said that they ask for ID for everyone. When I told the officers what I observed earlier regarding receipt request from other patrons.

She then said that the ID is for when people pay cash.

I said that's odd because you should be asking for an ID for credit cards to make sure it is the right person.

I will not be taking my business to them again.

If you need a prenatal massage, ask for Nancy. She makes sure the pressure is good (cause this mama’s got a sore back, and some places just feel like they’re being too gentle), and you’re comfortable in modified positions. I’ve been coming to her throughout my entire pregnancy, and am so grateful for her magic hands!

I've been extremely sore in the neck back and shoulders for a while. My shoulders were so tight it was messing up my neck and upper back. A lot of cracking, grinding, and discomfort. It felt like my shoulders were pulling all the other muscles in all directions.

I paid for 120 minutes and shoulder cupping and I feel so much better. She was very professional. I felt her earnestly working out every knot. My shoulders needed a LOT of work and it's been stressing me out. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I got one anyway. I am very grateful! It's worth every penny.

Thank you!

Compared to all the other massage studios I've been to in California, this one stands out as being pretty terrible. There is no separation between the front entrance and the massage rooms so every time someone walks in you hear a very loud bell and then them talking to the person at the front desk. The beds are not well padded, I had to ask for an extra pillow because the pressure on my back was pressing my throat into the table and choking me. Even with the extra pillow, it was not very comfortable and if I fully relaxed, it was still hard to breath. There was a hole in the drywall as if someone had punched or kicked it. The massage therapist I got was very rough and her finger nails were too long. My legs had friction burns for about a week after my massage here and my shoulder blades felt bruised. I enjoy deep tissue massages a great deal and had never had a bad reaction to them until I tried this place. And on top of all of this, they pressure you to tip. I will never be going back to this place despite how convenient the location is for me.

The prices are great, we did a couple massage. We also booked the same day. The only downside is the beds were not as thick and they were squeaking.

Came to this place multiple times. Usually about once a month because I used to work for the warehouse forklifting loading and unloading trucks omgahhh I used to be in so much pain. Making time to go here once a month got me through my work. There’s a lady I wish I can find out her name she’s the aggressive one and man she does a great job getting my body right whewww. Love it here very affordable.

My deep tissue massage 💆 didn’t feel like a deep tissue massage. While waiting in the waiting room there was a roach walking across the room 🪳 it’s somewhat clean so I was surprised to see that 😮

Been coming here for the past 3 to 4yrs with until today 5/19. I set an appointment for 3 at 9pm. When we arrived I informed a gentleman and lady that we wanted the 60 minute massage for $35 and pointed to it multiple times. We usually pay the $40 option but we wanted to get the head massage. At the end my mom and wife were complaining why they didn't get their back massage which was weird. Per the options of the $35-40, it clearly says back massage. I put the complaint and they all look dumb founded. They even had the ordasity to charge us full price of a $120 for a service they didn't complete. So I graciously paid the $35 we option for of total of $105 and did not tip the two massage ladies do to incomplete of service but I did tip my guy $20 because he did the service I option. I will inform all the people I referred to this place to not go here for this shady spot I left picture of the lady that tried to rob us
