Don’t go here, they’re unsanitary, they don’t sterilize their instruments and they use the same filer and buffer on every single person. They’re super dirty here

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with a lady that did my nails today 7/25 around 715pm. She was doing my manicure and since the beginning she looked like she didn’t want to be there. She was in #7 station, wearing a blue dress with heels and red nails. She started bad by getting water from the pedicure sink. Which is very unsanitary. Then she grabbed my hands and shoved them in the bowl with water. She then proceeded to do my nails and when I told her that the polish was lumpy she got mad and said my nail is uneven. She didn’t even bother to fix it. After she was done she decided to yank the gel dryer from my hand that was still inside. Then she turned around and said thank you. Basically letting me know I had to leave. She was very very rude. Please try to avoid her, she’s really rude and leaves nails bumpy.

Worst experience ever i never been here before only went because of recommendation I went in asking for medium square white French tip with blood drip with a photo example the tech kept doing total opposite she did red glitter no drip i was so mad then she took off red and started doing the white French like i asked her in beginning but did them super cricket i told her their not right and she kept dying the skin isn't perfect we have wrinkles i told her what does that have to do with the simple design I'm asking for i even showed the shop owner next door hair accessories store she agreed everything looked wrong shape and everything i left paying $46 for unfinished nails to top it i work in the same plaza shopping center!

I only go to one person ..... YOYO! She does my nails and pedicure! I get the same color on my nails and feet every time, she never forgets and has the colors ready every time I book her! If anyone goes to TJ NAILS ask for YOYO ☺️

I use to like this shop. But the last few times I've came here the ladies have become rude!! When I walked in the guy in the front asks what service I wanted. I said a fill and pedicure. He sits me in a chair, and as I sit there's a nice gentleman sitting there waiting to do my nails. I asked for water for my feet but was told had to wait on the lady. Three other ladies walk in and they admittedly serviced. I asked what happened to my feet? I was told after they finished with the other ladies who walked in after me. What? No Sir.... Won't be getting my money!!! Too many nail shop to have to deal with bad service and nasty attitudes. Sonny who did my nails did an excellent job and did his best to make me feel comfortable and apologized for his rude co workers.
Although it wasn't your fault Sonny I won't be back!!! These are the ladies who were very rude and unprofessional picture.

Worst experience I came after work tired I wanted to get a pedicure, nails and my daughters gel nails they refused because they where about to close when I came here before 7. It wasn’t my fault the guy in the front was mad and refused to paint my daughter’s nails!! So unprofessional and the lady doing my pedi was apologizing instead of him. Was a loyal customer but will not come back anymore. Ruined my birthday weekend for sure.

Nightmare experience
Went in to soak off my acrylic nails. They proceeded to rip the acrylic from my nail bed! Very painful i left crying. I could have done that at home. After leaving my nails in shambles, suggested i get a color with glitter until my nails look better. I did not want a color with glitter. Very unprofessional and not worth the price.

omg I walked because it was an emergency had to get my pedi done quick. omg so dirty in here so ghetto. I couldn't believe it. they use buckets to do your pedi horrible. the floor is soooo dirty. DO NOT COME HERE!
