I love love my nails!!!
They did a great job on them! The service was A1 The employees were so respectful and professional,Once I got there they sat me down no waiting at all (I had an appt of course but sometimes you still wait)

My girlfriend loves this place. Her service is usually great with little wait time. It's best to book an appointment the day before. I usually do it for my girlfriend and it usually only takes 5 minutes to do.
She does have a favorite manicurist which Tom and Lily for her pedicures. But All the women and men there do phenomenal work!!

My first time there so disappointed . I paid for gel x my nail look terrible I paid 80 for uneven nails. Won’t be coming here . If they can’t do the job correctly they should be re train . I’m paying for service that should be done correctly

Not one to leave a bad review but this place out done itself! Ray has the worse customer service, attitude and is racist!! I had been bringing my daughter & niece for hard gel nails. First time they did them hard gel they charge me $55 each. Three weeks later I took them again.. My daughter got regular hard gel and they were charging her $60, my niece got French tip hard gel and they charge her $60, 1 ask why $5 more if she did regular and not French like my niece. Ray then stated that it did not matter regular or French it's $60! I said okay, here I go again 3 weeks later to take my daughter again and now for hard gel French tip they were charging $75!!!! I told ray last time for my niece I paid $60 French tip, he said if I had proof I showed him proof of my niece nails and how much was paid. He said no that he would of never charge that, I said will you did! He then followed to say if I had a receipt I said no, he's like will I can't do nothing. I then paid for my daughters nails and ask for a receipt and he said he doesn't provide receipts!!!! & not to mention I made an appointment and wasn't seen until a whole hour later.
Which I was okay with never did I once give attitude I understand some ppl take longer then others. Yet, ray right away when I ask why was he charging $75 and kindly l ask he right away answered in a disrespectful, arrogant way and stated if I didn't like the service to take my daughter else where, that he was the boss and the price was set! That some people get DISCOUNTS therefore prices aren't always the same! So it lets me to believe thats he is a racism, if he doesn't like you he will continue to up charge you like he did to my daughter and I !! Never again!

Horrible service the nail tech dig into my nail so deep that she made a hole. It hurts like hell, and they still have the nerve to charge 35 for gel pedi. All my nails were jagged and not colored well. Never ever again.

Went in there and wasn’t greeted and wasn’t asked what I wanted. Really bad customer service and the Chinese women was just staring around like a dumb ass when she clearly sees me.

Customer service horrible from front desk. Waited to be told that the technician I requested had an appointment that arrived and I wasn't told that when I signed up but they knew. They used some same products from other clients which is disgusting. Seems its laxy people working the front desk and the customer is not the priority. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
