The quality of their nails is average. I got a gel pedicure yesterday.
If you want better service, go elsewhere. I waited nearly 1.5 hours to have a dip manicure done but never got it b/c I had an upcoming event to attend soon after. The owner didn’t even apologize. The manicurist helped another customer first who arrived after me.
PI strongly recommend going to another nail salon that has better service with the same or better nail quality.

Nina is my girl from the 1st time she touched my hair I have no complaints I bring in a picture and nails come out exactly the same or maybe better!! I love the services.

I walked in with no appointment and was helped right away by Helen. I haven’t had my nails done in ten years everyone was friendly and attentive. But the price was ridiculously expensive 75! I got ombré nails. When I went back to fill it was 45 dollars, decided to remove them at home instead. My how things have changed

Not completely happy, but they'll do. The facility is clean. The workers are friendly. I asked for a regular manicure plus the gelX nails. She only soaked my hand in warm water. No cuticle softener or anything. The service was rushed. I'd like to find a place that takes their time to do a flawless job.

I’ve been going to this salon since high school 2021 because they always do well but after they’ve gotten more popular they don’t know how to respect scheduled appointments. It’s frustrating and rude.
