I always come here and get my nails done. This time I asked for a fill in and to get blue instead of the regular pink and white. The ladies all were rude and so bothered by me asking for a different color of dip. Then they charged me for a full set because it was inconvenient for them. The nails turned out great but I had to argue with them because they said the nail will not look good. All because I didn’t want the basic pink and white?! I’m finding another place to go where they will listen to my requests and honor them. Instead of overcharging because I didn’t get what they wanted me to.

I have used this nail salon over the years and I must say this last experience was horrible. My daughter went in to get acrylic nails. She showed them the pic below and left with the next pic. She was devastated and they charged her $72! I was not with her so I went back to the salon later that afternoon and told them she was not pleased and that they looked horrible. The man proceeded to tell me he asked her if she liked them and she said yes. Well, she is only 14 years old and was not about to tell someone she didn't like something. He refused to do anything about it. You can see how terrible her cuticles look as well. He cut one finger pretty bad. Not to mention the time it takes you from start to finish in the place is 3-4 hours. I will never use them again. HORRIBLE experience.

They did a nice job on my services. They are not super friendly. The lady that I had worked on 2 other customers while she was with me. She never spoke. There were 2 others working one was on the phone talking loudly while she was working on her customer. They charge a lot more than other places I have been.

Went in to get a manicure and the lady doing my nails seemed very serious, and was being so rude while I was getting my friend to help me choose a color. It was my first time going so I didn’t know how the whole payment process worked and she yelled at me to pay her before she polished my nail. My sister also asked a simple question and received a harsh response. Did a good job on nails but need to work on attitude with customers!

I always have to come home and reshape them myself. They’re always kinda chunky and bulbous. When stiletto and coffin nails first came out, well it was about a yr or two into the style, I tried to tell them what I wanted and they had NO clue. So maybe make sure you take pics and pray for the best lol. It’s not AWFUL tho. Just not gonna get a set of super sleek amazing nails here. They’ll most likely look like a small town attempt at high fashion nails. Which is exactly what it is. They’re clean tho.

Went with the family to get pedicures. The wait was HORRIBLE had people come in after us, got seated before us. Then when we finally got to take a seat the water wasn’t even warm, the nail tech was kind of rough made 3 out of 5 of us bleed. One left with rough nails still, she didn’t buff or really file any of our nails. The painting wasn’t that great. Won’t be going back.
