After running the car through this car wash it didn’t even remove the basic dust from the car. We did the $15 option. We pulled back around to let them know and the guy was very rude saying, “It is a car wash not a detail shop.” We were very nice but let him know that for $15 we would expect to at least get off the basic dust and bird poop off the windshield. Needless to say, we will not be doing business here again. I hope this review is helpful. I would recommend using the other car wash at the other end of town. We don’t expect “detail work” but at least a basic clean to remove dust.

I took my 2024 Hyundai Elantra through the car wash and it came out with a bunch of tiny scratches to the paint all over the car. This is unacceptable. We will be seeing what our legal options are. They said it wouldn’t scratch the car and it did. I have no words. If you have a nice car, DO NOT COME HERE

I would never recommend auto spa car wash in fort payne across from DQ and Zaxbys it is the worst place to get your car washed I even showed the owner my car it was not clean it was not rinsed vary good and one of the right side wash brush in the wash itself was not working I brought that to his attention his response was we ordered a motor for it so bull ***t I just waisted $25.00 never again can’t wait for the other car wash to be built in rainsville will be worth the drive my name is Lawrence hunter and my car is a 2023 Nissan Altima I did not clean bugs off hood or front bumber or head lights

I went through yesterday and paid for a $15 dollar wash and had to wipe dirt off my car when done and it was supposed to have tire shine, and didn't, and the dryer didn't dry my car hardly at all. They need to do better if they are going to charge that much for a car wash.

The vehicle gets pre-washed before going through the wash. Comes out very clean no matter what level of wash you order. The mechanics of the wash have been recently upgraded. Good vacuum stations with rags and cleaning liquid available. Don't believe that I've ever been to a better car wash.

conviently located close to interstate. My first time to use. Got basic wash to see how well bugs and road tar would be removed. They got about 90%of it. my car being white a definite disadvantage. as the 10% left behind left the car looking unwashed. Ok value for the money.

Excellent wash.
The staff is great! Equipment works very well. They didn’t skimp on the prewash & the free vacuums sucked lol it was lifting the carpet.
Highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.

Anyone know how to cancel the monthly membership? Used to love this car wash, but the Last few times I’ve been it seems to not be as great as it used to be.
