This was my first time visiting Bad Axe Throwing and I sure liked it. The only gripe I had with this location was that it was not clean and organized. Wood chips were spread all over and the place looked generally unkempt.

Otherwise, I enjoyed my time here. We got the dedicated package as we had many first timers with us. The instructor (sorry I forgot the name) was friendly and showed us a lot of trick shots. I will definitely come back again.

So fun and the workers were super friendly! I got a bullseye and had never thrown an axe before this! 🙂 Would def recommend; fun activity with friends! The only thing I would say could better was the signage, as it was a little difficult to find at night.

Really lives up to the name -

I went to bad axe throwing with 7 other people on a Sunday for my birthday. From the beginning the lady at the desk was rude the whole time. She was on her phone the whole time and accused us of not paying, which we did ahead of time and specified in the notes. Despite trying to make small talk she was glued to her phone. She didn’t show us how to throw she just did it once with no direction or explanation and said we had the option to do it with two hands or one hand. Since I’ve been before with other companies I was the one to show my party how to throw. I didn’t mind I just think it would be easier to learn from someone who obviously knows what they’re doing. The axe throwing was fun I loved the activity but the rude staff and empty venue made the experience significantly worse. Additionally we started late because of waivers but still weren’t able to throw for a full hour and a half even though no one else was there. Show up before start time not at start time if you plan on going.

It was fun but tiring. The instructor (forgot his name) was very helpful explaining things and correcting us so we hit the target. Only thing I didn't like was it was cold in there. Also maybe get better signage especially at night.

Super fun. Competent & friendly staff make sure it is a very safe, but also very fun experience. We brought two teenaged boys and they loved it!

If you are thinking of trying are throwing this is a great place to go! The staff was really nice and very informative. We did a group event for a bachelor party and our trainer set up a tournament where we broke into groups and played against each other. It was so much fun!!

On their website for booking, there's no mention of there being a minimum number of people required per lane. The term used on their website was "recommended" and not "minimum." On top of that, deposits are non-refundable within 5 days of the scheduled booking. So, if you were to be misled by their wordings on the website and ended up booking lanes, the deposit would not be refunded back to you even if you were to cancel. Very money grubbing. Credit card company report has been filed to dispute this fraudulent that will be followed with small claim court if needed.
