Gathered for my Grandsons 9th Birthday. The bars were all freshly stocked. Food was awesome, everything was clean, waitress was friendly but after she took out drink order she went to break or clocked out . A waiter took her place and he stayed just short steps from our table and I felt uncomfortable. I didn't feel like we had any privacy for family time. He did keep our drinks filled and as soon as anyone pushed a bowl or plate away he quickly removed it from the table. All in all it was a satisfactory experience.

The food was really good, the price was even better. $30 for the two of us, including soft drinks. Will definitely be back when through this area again.

This is my third time here for lunch and parking is very convenient. The furnishings in the store are comfortable, the food is great and fresh, and I am surprised that the price is so cheap. Thank you very much today's waiter: Amy&Mei, they give me the best service. I will come back again. Also recommend to everyone!

The weekday lunch buffet was very good with a lot of options. We've lived in the area for a few years but were always reluctant to stop due to their reputation. Reading the comments, I can see how much of it may be deserved. In my personal experience though, there were many quality meat and seafood options at a fair lunch price. We leave cash tips normally and our refill and plate service was perfectly fine. I'm one that feels a gratuity is something that is earned so I suggest you to read the other comments before going without letting them dissuade you. On any service or restaurant receipt that asks for a tip, don't ever leave it blank even when leaving cash. Just write cash on the line and the total. If you are charged anything different, it's easier and faster to dispute a credit card charge. When you dispute an incorrect charge, the facility will be contacted and have to show the receipt. It's a legal document.

Today I ate in this restaurant close to 4:00 pm, I may have to say that this Chinese buffet is okay wise all the other buffet places I’ve been to out of all the years I’ve been living in South Texas. Some friends from Fort Payne whom we knew over the years recommended that we should come here after we look around the city of Scottsboro and a shop entitled Baggage Unclaimed. We thought at first that they’ll charge double the price of the buffet since we arrive there after 3:30 but I guess we had the information all wrong maybe this time. They had green beans which had garlic on the top just like the Chinese would do it.

It's hard to even write this. I can't believe how horrible my experience was. The food was nasty, the worst Chinese food I have ever had. As I sat waiting for the waitress to come back I see two roaches running across the floor which grossed me out at an eating establishment. I decided it was time to go then, and went to pay my bill , told them just how bad everything was.They didn't care, they offered no apologies for the bad service, for the bad food, or the unclean environment. I have to pay full price, but then they got mad when I went to pay and demand a tip. What in the world are these people thinking? If your thing is a horrible, and nasty eating experience with super rude people, then this is the place to go, otherwise stay away from this place because they need to be turned in to the health department and the BBB Better Business Bureau.

first time going here today and i regret it still, barely got half my to go order eaten at work before i had to get up to tend to some stuff and i am SO GLAD i didnt eat anymore. i have been sick to my stomach since and cannot stay out of the restroom. my coworkers decided to inform me later that this place is notorious for bad service and food that does this to you.

Waitresses will chase you down if they deem your tip not good enough. Way to many people sharing stories about this happening. The food Is good, but, the unprofessional and rude wat staff is way too much....unless you like having someone yell at you in the parking lot of the restaurant over a tip....don't go....
