It’s not going to kill you to eat here but you will leave wishing you and spent the time it took to drive to this place and thrown a frozen Jimmy Dean biscuit in the microwave and experienced the same meal.

If you like the Breakfast Buffet at Holiday Inn express you will love the breakfast buffet here; it’s exactly the same. From the gravy biscuits and bacon to the pancakes that taste like they came out of a machine. I, for one, skip the breakfast at HIE and look for something more unique, wholesome, and less “boxed breakfast” vibe.

The 4+ star review out of 1000 people got me to stop on my way down the interstate but apparently my standards for 4 stars are much higher than other reviewers.

Food was scrumptious!! Service was on point!! The atmosphere was so open and airy, yet cozy and inviting!
My husband was in heaven with the enormous breakfast buffet bar!!
Will definitely be back when in the area!

Cattle Stampede is average. This steak house also has a full buffet which seems like a good thing but the food is just average. It's an ok place to stop and eat if you're on the road (I 59 West of Chattanooga) but not a great place.

I've been going since it reopened a few years ago. After a bumpy start, the last couple years have been awesome. The breakfast buffet (07:00 - appx 09:30) is my favorite but don't let that detract from the lunch/dinner buffet. They're also awesome.

Breakfast has a person that works a separate line for custom, old-fashioned (non-fluffy) omelets and/or fresh, hot pancakes. IMO, the cheese they use is what makes them great. Soooo many choices. Really good coffee too.

Lunch/dinner is really good too. They have a wide selection of meets. One needs to be selective, because they can become dried out; especially the chicken livers. When they're fresh, they're great! A modest selection of hot veggies, great rolls, salad bar and desserts round out the buffets and are available for breakfast and lunch.

We made a reservation at the Cattle Stamped to celebrate my mothers birthday. We had a party of 18 people and the service was AMAZING! Victoria was our server and she was FABULOUS! No ones drink got more than half empty, plates never sat empty on the table more than a few minutes, yet she was not intrusive. You hardly knew she was there. The food was great, because it was a friday they had their seafood buffet going and they offered fried scallops, clam strips, shrimp and oysters. They also had grilled fish, shrimp and mussels. They even had frog legs. They also had the standards like steak, baked potato's and so on but their salad bar was easily my favorite. All in all I cannot say enough good things about this place, so haul your butts over there and check them out.

We came for steak, but the food bars looked so good we chose the buffet instead. Everything was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and we certainly left full.

Cattle Stampede use to be a great steakhouse. They decided to turn it into a buffet. Thought I would give a try with high expectations. Kind of disappointing. Most of the meats were way over cooked making them dry and tough. Vegetables were low grade and flavorless. The salad bar was decent but much of it looked like it had been sitting a long time. The service was excellent and very attentive. Then the bill came. For over $20 including tip, it didn't compete with all the other restaraunts in the area. It's a one and done for me.
