I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The building is clearly older but it seems like it has been refreshed recently. The rooms were clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, parking in the garage was safe and easy, even after arriving at midnight, and the included breakfast was rather ample. We were looking for a place closer to Universal Studios but this hotel offered a much better value when you consider parking and breakfast are included. After reading other reviews, I realize that we got very lucky with quiet neighbors and a smooth check-in/interaction with hotel staff. Those things seems to make or break a stay. Overall, I would stay here again.

Don’t waste your money! I guess you get what you pay for! $1400 and couldn’t even get our room cleaned, after requesting to get it clean they only did the beds that’s right only the beds, didn’t bother to sweep even after noticeable trash on floors! Also super loud you can hear everyone next to you below you and above you! Never again! only booked because best western in commerce was full!

The location is great many places to dine near by.
The worst feature is the building feels like it's going to fall apart. The walls and ceilings are super thin. Could not get any sleep in this place super loud you can hear everyone next to you below you and above you! Couldn’t rest in all 4 nights we stayed, the constant creaking of the floor beneath you as well as every other guest that walks above your room or by your door. It will be LOUD and you will not escape from the noise. I was there for four torturous nights and felt like the person of above my room would fall through at any moment. Never again!

Worst room ever, they don’t even clean good, They are rude and You can hear everything from the next rooms, so if you want a better stay I advise you to go somewhere else seriously. These people and place is a total joke and not worth the money!

It's horrible, small rooms, you won't have a microwave in your room, you'll have to go down to the lobby to use the only microwave, they're liars and they'll charge you extra things for lie, for your peace, don't come here.

Decent hotel, rooms were a really good size and I got a really good view of LA City skyline. Parking in the underground car park was excellent. Only let down was the WiFi was intermittent and slow which is a must as someone who’s travelled from abroad.

Husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and we enjoyed the stay. It was clean and love the fact that breakfast and parking is included. The hotel was very clean including my room it was clean. I was also happy that the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

This hotel is in renovation, the room had a bit mildew smell but was gone by the next few hours of being there, the breakfast was great, can't eat in your room though, you have to sit and eat your breakfast in the dinning area. Parking is under the hotel so there is a very low driveway in and out. It is located on the highway, we were either 20 to 30 mins from Hollywood and it wasn't a bad drive. Shopping mall around the corner from the hotel. I wouldn't stay there again, but it worked for the cost and got good sleep for my three nights.
