Exemplary customer service. All of their employees are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed a clothing steamer and they made sure to have one for us the very next day. They took care of all our needs. The grill and bar were fun and the service was excellent! The rooms we had were clean and fresh. It helped make our vacation fantastic!

Recently stay in what they said was their basic cottage because there was no tub. It was very clean and perfect for my stay with my fur baby. Room had blackout curtains so my little Cleo let me sleep in longer than usual. It was great to be able to walk down to the village with her. Everyone was super pet friendly. We will be back!

Another great visit at The Saddleback Inn! So nice to be in walking distance of the Village and don't have to worry about finding parking. Food is always amazing! Service in the restaurant was attentive and very friendly. Will continue to come back year after year. This is our Arrowhead spot for sure.

Stayed at the SaddleBack Inn over the New Years, staff treatment was great and thoughtful even though they were obviously busy. Rooms were comfortable and the food at the attached restaurant was very good. Andy behind the bar was a blast and the front desk staff were very helpful when I needed more towels. Thank you, will be back!

We are staying in the most charming cottage. So clean,bed is like a cloud . When checking in ,we had the nicest woman at the Front Desk, answered all our questions. This is a very busy place! Perfect location. Right across from entrance to the Lake Arrowhead Village and Lake , we went on the Boat tour on the lake, what fun. We had dinner last night at Diane's Saddleback Grill,OMG! It was wonderful I got the Jenga Ribs, and Wedge Salad. Big Portions, and my husband got the New York steak.Service was excellent. We will be back for sure. What a way to start out the New Year!!

Have been staying at Saddleback Inn for many years now and it is always an EXCELLENT Experience. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, I love Miss Karen; she is just an amazing lady, Michael and everyone there are excellent people. Customer service is excellent, rooms are great and of course the food is always delicious. Very grateful to all of them at Saddleback Inn for always make sure my stay is very special.

Excellent experience. Individual cabin rooms nicely appointed. Dog friendly. Great staff and service. Very accommodating. Built-in restaurant with great food. Centrally located. Short walk to Arrowhead Village and the Arrowhead resort. Very clean and maintained!

I’d rather sleep on the cold streets than stay at this hotel again. As you walk into the room, the bed is right there. The bathroom is bigger than the room. Very tiny place with spider webs everywhere, a lamp on top of a mini fridge (they couldn’t even get a proper nightstand), it felt like I was living in the ghetto here. They couldn’t even wipe the water in the bathtub that was from the previous people who stayed in the room. Stay away. If I could give them 0 stars I would; why this place has 4.5 stars absolutely baffles me!!!
