My partner and I had a great experience at this spa. It was our first time getting a professional massage and facial, so we didn't know what to expect. We were ultimately very happy with our experience. We almost had a slight mix up with scheduling, but it ended up working out great. Quiet, relaxing, and welcoming. Didn't feel rushed, either. It was actually the most relaxed we've ever been! The owner is very kind and personable, and the location is beautiful, too. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place for a relaxing couples retreat! Husband & I enjoyed a couples massage, the masseuses were amazing! We also stayed a night in the comfortable room on the property, it was very cozy and Linda the owner was very warm and welcoming. We had access to the property and were able to walk around and enjoy the quiet nature. I highly recommended using Thirty Six Oaks if you are looking for a relaxing time.

Had a wonderful visit at 36 Oaks retreat with its idyllic setup and amazing staff and owner Linda. Hands down Fatima was one of the best masseuse I have come across in my many yrs of getting massages. She does such wonderful work and has a healing touch and was a consummate professional. Keep up the great work! Will definitely revisit

I scheduled an appointment here for a service I really wanted. I unfortunately forgot about the appointment; I didn’t note it properly on my calendar. I was charged for said missed appointment. I have no issue with this. I take responsibility for forgetting and fully understand why these kinds of policies need to be in place. However, I do have some feedback for improving the customer experience. I engage with many kinds of businesses on a regular basis from hair salon to dentist office and everywhere has either an automated or manual reminder system in place. I think embracing something like this would not only safeguard the business’ resources but the customer or potential customer’s resources; and result in a more positive experience. Kindly.

I had a lovely afternoon here getting spoiled with a 45 minute luxurious facial. After Linda welcomed me in and made me comfortable, “D” took me up to a quiet room and treated me like royalty. She is superb at her job. I was pampered and given a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy more of their offerings in this beautiful spa.

Mid-morning we arrive for our appointment, a brief wait in the cozy waiting area, then Linda brings you to your room.
The business is in her private residence.
There are what appear to be a couple of tables about 3 ft apart.
My al cart package - 90 minutes massage, herbal facial for 45 mins., and a herbal soak for 30 minutes.
Candie was my masseuse, very professional, and friendly, had a warm smile, and paid attention to my concern about the pressure level. I just relaxed with my eyes closed drifting into the music. After the massage, Candie eased into the facial, not rough, just right.
I felt so relaxed. Then I was given a soft robe and told to grab slippers at the door on my way to the herbal soak in the next building.
I should have brought my clothes with me to dress in the bathroom after the soak and shower. Don't forget to lock the door behind you, I did and a woman began to enter I called out, and she immediately left.

I did not notice in the bathroom there is a machine with different sounds ie; rain, white noise, birds, etc.. missed that relaxing piece.
The bathroom was clean and had a light fragrance.

I did not get a chance to thank Linda, she had an errand to run.
My bestie, my son, and I enjoyed our appointment.
We look forward to our next appointment.
