It is near the Serramonte center. Standard chipotle food. Serving for faster. Restrooms are clean. Queso blanco was hot and tasty. Guacamole looks fresh. The restaurant could be little more cleaner.

Hi Family well I stopped at the chipotle restaurant. I got the chicken bowl instead of the chicken burrito. It’s pretty good. I’ll give it about 8.5.

so if you ever in the area of the Serramonte shopping center, and you got taste for some good Mexican food stop by chipotle. I would recommend it. God bless.

I ordered a burrito with guac online, and I received a burrito with completely different ingredients and no guac. I was starving and it was late so I had to just eat it. When I asked to at least get a refund for the guac that I paid for, they told me I have to go through corporate. So I go through corporate, and they compensate me with free guac on my next visit. I come back here and try to use my coupon for free guac, but they told me it only covers a scoop of guac on the side and not the scoop of guac that they just put in my burrito. Like dude, I just want my $3 back, it really shouldn't be this hard.

Food quality is good at least, but I've noticed a steep decline in order accuracy and customer service in the last few months. Really a shame as this was always my go-to location, being the closest to my house.

I had to wait because there was an order that came in before me. I guess pre-order take priority over the customer at the store. I ordered the carne asada bowl. It was fine. They only had white rice. The counter looked messy and dirty. The self serve drink area was bad. I saw one of the staff walked over there but she didn’t bother to clean it up. Someone could slip and fall and SUE Chipotle. The trash cans were full. I wouldn’t go back again. It’s dirty. Used napkins on the floor, dirty tables. You would think after Covid, places would be cleaner.

I'm sure the Chicken Al Pastor bowl is amazingly fresh hot and delicious if we had gone to a cleaner Chipotle restaurant place and I would've thought this would be one of them being that it's in Colma but that was not the case. Their food display was messy the servers weren't friendly, never once greeted us and we stood there in front of them for a good 2 minutes before we were acknowledged and they asked what would we like after watching them scrape the bottom of the old pans and filling it into the new pans where I'm wondering how long was that first sitting? 🤔. Just when I thought the server was going to take our order, he made his food and walked away without even letting us know someone would be helping us. I was annoyed but yet hungry and have been craving for this bowl (had it at work for lunch and couldn't stop thinking about it lol) We ordered two Chicken Al Pastor bowls with everything it showed on the picture menu and added steak to each. Nachos on the side with their queso Blanco sauce (btw they charge add'l) but its good. 😋. The place was not clean and tables didn't seem wiped down just very unsanitary. I'm disappointed because the chairs they have are not big people friendly and this big girl does not like high stools or stools low where I feel like I'm squatting 🤦🏾‍♀️. Like helluurz help me help you help me thank you lol. I definitely recommend their food just not that one, I hope they use gloves at this place. They need to work on customer service and cleanliness... Seriously 🙄

The restaurant was a mess and it wasn’t even busy. There was no ice for drinks, no teas and the bathrooms were atrocious. I keep coming here with the wife and hope things will look better but this is are third time here but no change. We really love the food but when the store is dirty it makes you think what happens in the kitchen.

I love how Chipotle serves food really quick. Servers here are accommodating, they took time to accommodate my order requests (soft tacos instead of crunchy, pinto beans on 1 and black beans on 2). Just the cashier forgot to punch in my soda, but it’s ok bec it’s unnecessary sugar. 😊
