Plus points for being the cutest, pinkest store in Serramonte. All the items looked delicious but I opted to try the soft serve for my first time.

Matcha/Ube soft serve ($6.90) - Much disappointment. It tasted icy.

Good small place inside the mall for decent and authentic matcha ice cream. The server is nice but he is the only one running the shop. I love the little rabbit there and the interior is beautiful 🙂

I've passed this place a few times and finally tried it. The ambiance is inviting and definitely a spot where you can chill out catch up with friends. You can even take a picture in front with the bunny.

I had the matcha soft serve taiyaki. The cone was chewy and delicious. Not fresh made like other places but it was delicious and went well with the soft serve matcha. I also had the iced matcha latte the worker recommended. It was a rich, creamy, and earthy flavor. I highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.

There used to be one on Clement St in SF but it didn't offer the milk tea so of course I needed to try the flavor! I got the Milk Tea soft serve
The Tea flavor was so strong and made the ice cream unexpectedly bitter and unsweet! I love it and would buy again if I'm in the mall. My boyfriend originally was unsure about the unexpected bitterness but it grew on him as he kept eating it and he eventually really enjoyed it because he fought me for more bites...
I don't know if I'd ever get the other items on the menu just because I tried some of them in their other store already.

The service was really quick for us. Probably because soft serve isn't complicated. The computer to take the payment was slower then getting the ice cream.
There was no line.

I have ordered the Red bean Matcha smoothie with Matcha soft serve, taste is good, but the price is a bit higher. Store didn't show business time in store or otherwise.

The store is beautiful decorated, only one person works when I visited this place. The line become long although she works quite fast. The taiyaki T3 is good but small for 7.99. It's only for to go for now.
