I'm here on a business trip, only my 2nd out of 3 days, and all I had so far was an amazing interaction with everyone from the moment I stepped in. The shuttle driver greeted us with a smile and a helping hand. Once we got to the hotel we were greeted personally by Christine smiling face, she knew our names, and even checked us in early, she was amazing. Every time we passed by the front desk everyone make sure to ask if we're okay and if we need anything. I completely missed the big Bistro in the middle of the lobby that offers amazing coffee and really good food. You definitely have everything in this hotel that you need and close to the airport. Big plus, everything is clean as well.

Operations Manager, Gab, made a shuttle snafu into a well-compensated experience. As a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member, we felt more than valued at this Courtyard. We were treated like the 45 year Marriott patron that we are, and it was an exceptional experience. We are grateful for the hospitality shown and the kindnesses of all the staff at this Courtyard. Here they appreciate their long-time patrons and it is an extreme pleasure to be a guest here.

Loved that the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from sfo at all hours of the day. Did not like that I can hear the planes land every 5+ mins in my room during the night. My room number was in the low 200s and it was an even number. Gym was very narrow.

The place is very cozy and clean! Everytime i stay here i always had a good rest also the staff are very friendly! Especially to tessie and rafael who prepare our breakfast fast and well toasted bagels! Thank you! To Gab also who make sure the guests are well informed about the hotel facilities and always ask the needs of the guests. Thank you! kudos to the staff! Thank you Courtyard!

Time of stay: October 2024

Had one night stay here before leaving the US (a business trip) through SFO. Pretty much what is expected from a Marriott hotel - the standard room I booked is quite spacious. The room was also reasonably clean and well-maintained. The wifi wasn't that user-friendly and required multiple attempts using the Marriott phone app. There's also a coffee maker, although it can only make dilute Americano coffee.

The lobby has a large coffee stand - this is not complimentary though. We did an R&R half-day sightseeing at and around Golden Gate and the waterfront (it was during Fleet Week) before leaving the city and the hotel provided complimentary luggage deposit, which is much appreciated.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. From the women checking me in to the nice man behind the bar to the ladies cleaning the rooms. I everything was great. The hotel was very clean and obviously has a great location to the airport. The shuttle to and from is easy to use just let the staff know what time you want to leave and they make it happen. Easy hotel stay and will stay again when I am back in the area.

Very friendly staff and convenient location both relative to the airport and to “Biotech City” in South San Francisco. I got a huge room, more like a suite, but there was a slight strange smell lingering in it. The hallways were long and it took a while to find my room from the front desk. I later found a nice shortcut through the courtyard. The gym is quite small with limited equipment, but despite the size of the hotel I had it to myself at 10pm
Overall a pleasant, albeit short stay.
I will be back soon.

Staff very unhelpful and rude with a bad attitude.

No help available even when asked and so if you need some physical help to help transfer the luggage, then you are on your own and there is no baggage service help.

Be aware: The elevator is too far off from the front desk and so if you are using the shuttle, you have big bags after an international trip and you are in a room farther away from the front desk, you have to drag the cart (since there is not help available) with luggage all the way from your room to the front desk

Room was clean though. 👍
