Absolutely amazing! Did my second float and signed up for an additional three. If you meditate, this can bring it to the next level. Does get a bit of humidity in the chambers, but if you leave a little crack of the door opened, it gets rid of that and in my opinion it doesn't take away from the experience. I got some underwater headphones on Amazon and I popped on my favorite 45 minute guided meditation on and I left there feeling amazing. Best self care ever. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely place to float. The girl that worked there explained it all really well to me. It was very relaxing and interesting. Its definitely a skill and I think you'd have to go frequently to reap the maximum benefits.
