I was a walk in. Super polite! I told her that my right eyebrow doesn't grow the same way the left one does. The hair is much thinner there due to over plucking as a teenager. I was so nervous to have my brows done by a new place, but she really listened to me and paid attention to detail. Sadly I did not catch her name, but she was a very kind older woman. I'm assuming the owner 🙂 my brows look great. Finally evened out after two years of not really touching them!

If I could give this place zero stars I would!
Went in for a facial waxing, the lady was very aggressive and used hot wax on me. I ended up with unsightly burn mark on my face that will now take forever to fade out. Can’t go anywhere without concealer now😒. When I went back to show her the damage she did, she kept saying that the wax she used wasn’t hot!!! I hv had facial waxing done before and never hv I been burnt! If you don’t know how to perform a simple face routine , say that instead of taking the money n doing a bad job n ruining someone’s skin!!!!!!!

I'm so glad i found this gem! I forgot the name of the lady who did my eyebrows,.. but I'm almost positive that she's the owner of this place. I called right after work, about 15 minutes before closing, and she's kind enough to wait for me. Plus, she did an amazing job! The best part is that I barely felt it! I used to go to Elk Grove, but the lady who did my eyebrows before moved, so I've been looking for a place to go to. I highly recommend this place!

The lady is very nice yes, but you have to make sure you like your eyebrows so that she can correct it. Especially if you want it thick. Also please bring cash, they charge a dollar for card payment

Came here expecting a great experience, but I got the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a natural look, I had really nice thick eyebrows and I wanted to keep it that way, but she ruined them, my eyebrows have never been thinner. Not to mention one side is completely crooked. I regret this service. Never coming back again!!!!

Best Threading place in the 209!!!! Pinky is really experienced and most importantly very kind and genuine. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and know her salon would be 10x bigger in a larger city. Thanks Pinky for blessing little old Lodi with your salon. ❤️

I went to get my eyebrows done and she took too much off the top. Not to mention one eyebrow has a point and the other one doesn't. Not sure if she was rushing because of all the girls waiting. But I wont be coming back.
