This review has nothing to do with the place, the place is lovely. I've gotten my hair cut here before from Alexcis and she does a good job but unfortunately she was not available so I was booked with destini. I arrived 10mins early and waited in the lobby. Destini arrived 10mins late but it happens so I let it slide. She asked what I wanted so I told her then she asked if I wanted to shampoo and conditioner before cutting so I said yes. She shampooed my hair for less then a minute barely touching my scalp then did the conditioner.. she damn near massaged my forehead for a couple seconds and washed it out in less than a minute. Ive never had a hair wash that quick in my life... After that she brought me back to the chair with my hair still really wet and started cutting my hair. I let her know that I just wanted 2inchs cutt off with layers as well as a bang trim. She did not speak with me the entire time which is fine because I'm not much of a talker. She started cutting my hair pretty quickly and once she was done my hair was 5inchs shorter which I absolutely hated. My bangs were two different sizes so i asked if she could make them more symmetrical she seemed bothered that i asked so she tried to fix them multiple times and it just kept getting worse so i just said its fine.. I paid and left. Never again.

It's always a wonderful experience coming here and having Peter take care of my daughter's hair.

Such a gentleman. Takes complete care of your from A to Z. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. Peter in particular is extremely careful and thorough and doesn't rush. He gets every last detail according to your requests.

You get what you pay for, and their rates are very reasonable. Great location, easy to get in and out.

Go here, don't look anywhere else.

Destini is unprofessional and does not care about her clients. I had an appointment, she arrived and said she forgot her key so I waited.. We then started about an hour after my scheduled time. She was texting, and making calls while foiling and working with bleach on my hair. She charged me $115 extra for a root change, when it was not my fault that the color was not what we discussed. I told her I wanted a copper base but a honey copper. My root was bright orange. She tried to darken it and it didn’t change so I told her to just darken my roots because it did not look good!!

I have contacted her because after washing my hair I have pain, redness, and blisters all over my scalp! My hair is also fried. I sent her photos, she has continued to ignore me. She said I was no longer welcomed instead of fixing her mistake. She has burned my scalp and over-lightened my hair, on top of not giving me the results we talked about. If she couldn’t do a simple honey copper color she should’ve been honest about it.

Such a classy salon! The owner is such a wonderful pleasant lady!! She always greets me with a warm welcome smile!! Much love & respect to my hair beautician, I have been having my hair done for 20 years, with my hair beatician / magician, her works speaks for it self!

Hairstyle is did not. Do what I had showed up. Pick up and proceeded to make my hair darker than what I wanted.
My hair fills rough. It looks very doll. No shine. I paid almost $300.
Would that be a said? I had set an alarm at most beautiful hair while cat are there. Play to say that it was something. I probably could have done myself by my $20 box of paradise, very, very disappointing. A color corruption became a color disaster.

Karina messed up my hair. It looks like my hair has been fried. I called La Posh prior to going and requested a hair stylist who has experiance in box dyed hair. They assigned me Karina. I showed her the picture. She started applying bleach using foil papers. She didn’t tell me my hair was too dark and I needed to go twice. She said I’ll charge $265. During shampooing and hair color applications, she kept pulling my hair. I felt like I wanted to run from that washing chair. The end result was not good; I couldn’t see highlights. I asked her if she can fix it. She said come again and I’ll charge you $120. I requested her to fix it right then. She started applying bleach violently with no foil papers.. It was on my face, it was on my pants. I smelled horrific fumes. In the end, she wanted to charge me $365 because she said it’s my fault I’ve dark black hair and I used boxed dye to cover greys. I ended up paying $320. Why would you not be honest and tell someone upfront if you can do the job or not?!

Karina did my haircut. It looked good when I left the salon (by the way it was dark outside when I left) but the next day, I started to really look at my hair and it was completely uneven at the ends. I called and left a message. I received a phone call back from Karina saying that she cannot give me a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted half of my money back, also I gave her a $20 tip on top of that. She said she would fix my hair but I didn’t want to go back because she didn’t do a great job the first time. She was professional and nice when taking my money but not professional or nice when I confronted her on my complaint. She literately blamed me and said that I wasn’t styling my hair correctly and that’s why it looks uneven. Just very unprofessional.

My experience at the salon was beyond my expectations !! my hairstylist did such an amazing job on my hair!!
I’ve gotten so many compliments😃
I am looking forward, to my future appointments… Andrea is the best color stylist that I have had!
And as always the owner is such a delightful lady!🌺
