We had an incredible meal (salad, burger and apps) at the Mugshots in Flo-town. We started with the app sampler and finished with a salad for my wife and a burger for me. The fries were SO GOOD!

Hey Ya'll!! On vacation in Florence, Alabama, with my husband and his brother and wife. We were out today sightseeing, shopping, and visiting sights in this area. Let me tell you...I've never been to this area but it's really nice! We decided to make a late lunch stop at Mugshots. It was really good. The atmosphere was great and the food was fresh and wonderful ? ?
The staff was great and very attentive. The restaurant was clean as well. If you are in this area, I highly recommend that you stop in here. Also, I had the fried chicken salad with Bleu cheese in it, and also chips with white queso, it was great!

I got the strawberry mug-a-Rita and the grilled cheese burger. The burger was huge and I took half of it home. The fries were a 10/10. Hot. Crispy on the outside. Good customer service and the ranch is perfect! I went alone and set in booth seats near the wall. The only difference I would do is add grilled onions to the burger ! The service was great also!! The pictures don’t do the size of the drink and burger justice.

My family and I were visiting from Montgomery and this restaurant was highly recommended. We all ordered burgers to include a turkey burger. Everything was SUPER salty. I couldn't eat but half due to all the salt. My kids also agreed that their burgers were overly salted. We also ordered an appetizer of cheese wedges that were delicious. We still enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was good.

I really enjoyed the special salad they offered right now. It was The Blueberry-Peach grilled chicken salad. I substituted the feta cheese for bleu cheese, and it was so delicious!

Best"Hillbilly"Philly sandwich I've got in the Florence area. On the same great bun as the hamburgers are on there was ample serving of meat and the taste left me longing for my next opportunity to try out one of their huge hamburgers.

The seasoned fries tasted great and was a nice compliment for the Philly beef sandwich. This is a wonderful place for lunch and/or dinner and I can see them busy at all times as long as they keep up this quality. I'll be back without a doubt. The only negative would be the parking situation and especially with regards to handicapped parking but it's certainly worth the wait, if you do have one.

I'll update my review to say Mugshots has maintained their quality and everything I said about them before still applies.

I have one more recommendation to make and that is the Parmesan Chicken Marinara it is great! You might ask for a little bit of the Cajun seasoning and add to it for extra flavor as well.

I've eaten here several times.
There's indoor and outdoor seating available.
The food has been delicious every time.
My favorites are the BLTC, egg rolls, pepper jack cheese wedges, and onion rings.
The restaurant is spacious with several TVs throughout. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and the prices are decent.
Mugshots is a great addition to the downtown Florence area.
