My favorite gym!! I have been to multiple different gyms but Excel Fitness feels comfortable, the staff are nice, the members are friendly, there's lots of room to stretch, the variety of weight machines is great, the vending machine is cool, I like that there are lots of mirrors, and its not too packed even during peak hours. 👍🏽

I only ended up doing a 3-day free trial period here and likely won't get a membership due to some life stuff, but this gym is absolutely awesome. GREAT equipment, friendly staff, and a very chill vibe with people who you can tell take the gym seriously. There were some awesome machines I tried that I had never seen in any other gym. You can also recommend equipment to the staff/management and if they're able to they'll try to get it in the gym. I also appreciated that they didn't hound me after the trial period ran out unlike 24HF. They also have no contract, just very fairly priced month-to-month payments. Open 24/7/365. Need I say more?

If things smooth out for me I am definitely getting a membership here. If you're looking for a great gym this is it.

Nice and clean, The sauna is inside the bathroom which is nice, it doesn't get crowded, usually it's just me, but then again I usually go in the nights. Love that they have mouthwash at the restroom too with disposable cups.

Excellent gym - particularly if you are into lifting weights for strength or hypertrophy. I generally go only on the weekends early in the morning, it is never too crowded.
Staff: Addison is the staff member with whom I have the most interactions - she is great. During my time there, I see her cleaning, organizing weights, and engaging members in a friendly way. I occasionally see Patrick if I happen to make it in on a weekday. He is cool as well :).
Equipment: As far as free weights, there are several racks, benches, olympic platforms, and dumbbells that go from 5 - 150 lbs.
Lots of machines. They have all the usual pieces. Some of the highlights that aren't found at many gyms are lat pullover, Arsenal lateral raise and plate loaded flye, single leg press, pendulum squat, power squat, and glute bridge.
Overall amenities: Clean gym and bathrooms. Separate locker rooms for Men and Women with showers and sauna. Massage chairs. Oxygen bar. There is a "Class Room" that does not have any classes in it, but is a nice place to do floor work or a TRX session.

I have been a member of this facility for close to a year. The owner and operators of this facility are extremely responsive to concerns, cleanliness and overall care of the gym and the members. I work out daily at 3 a.m. during the week and I always see the gym being cleaned. The person who cleans the gym cannot also come behind members and clean equipment, such as dumb bells, after each member puts them down. That’s the member’s responsibility.

I’ve been a member of a few gyms and this is by far my favorite. 24 hours. Closely monitored. Well maintained equipment. Responsive ownership and management. Great price. And it is clean gosh darn it!!!!

Facility and equipment in excellent condition and well maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful. Never extremely congested. The locker room layout is extremely small as are the lockers themselves. The square footage is not managed well with excess square footage area in the remaining men's bathroom facility

Neighborhood friendly location. The staff are all helpful, friendly, and professional. The setting is highly organized along with cleanliness.

Very nice gym, very clean, nice equipment, obscure weight lifting racks which is awsome, hours are great, price is nice. My only reason for knocking off 1 star is a few of the female staff at night,I've noticed don't want to answer questions and are pretentious, could have been a bad night I've only been there a couple times day staff are very nice. The other reason for missing 1 star is clientele. They stare if they don't know you and clearly judge you. Other than that it's very nice.
