Service was good . Food not so much. We all ordered boneless chicken wings that tasted horrible. They had the music so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other . I get it was a Saturday night and football season is back. Just a night out with friends. We were not impressed. I’ve ate at BWW numerous times before but last night was ridiculous.

We came down to eat about 3.i ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with mayo and cheese only. Then she comes back and ask do I want hot sauce on it, I said no. Mayo and cheese only. Then it comes out fried with nothing on it, and when I said something she said she didn’t know how to put it in grilled. Well she could have ask for help. My husband had a drink then ask for another one, and never got it. We come there a lot and will not be back after this.

I’ve been to several different Buffalo Wild Wings in my lifetime. The Florence Al location is by far the best. The boneless wings are the best I have ever had anywhere.

Its so loud you feel like you need to buy tickets to a dolby digital surround spund action movie from the 90's. Earplugs isnt a bad idea.

Forget having anyform of communication outsode hand signals, texting, memes, and phond calls.

We all gave up trying to speak to each other.

Food was horrible, most of my burrito was lettuce nd cheese, they packed the ingredients side by side so you at the ingredients in order all at once instead a mixed ingredient burrito.

Will not be back. It was nearly $20 for a wrap and drink. Waitress never checked on us once outsode bringing us our food.

I haven't been to a BWW in years but my granddaughter wanted everyone to go after her graduation. The salsa and dips were blah. The guac dip had no flavor at all. The fried pickles were unflavored also. One of the hot wings were good. Then I asked if you did a military discount and she said yes. I thanked her for the disc only to see there was none. We won't be back anytime soon. She was a nice girl, but the food just didn't do anything for us.

My experience here was just okay. The service was pretty great as usual, but the wings were mediocre. They weren't seasoned well or consistent. One had almost no seasoning at all, while some had just a little bit. It's a good place if you wanna just sit around and hang with your friends, but not if you're looking for great food.
