Hotel is close to the airport, 5 minutes driving, they have a parking under the hotel, which is a little bit tight, you have to park perfectly to get out the car.
Room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom has everything you need and it was clean.
Breakfast was included and it was good, to grab something in the morning, they have sausage and eggs, cereal, yogurt, milk, bagels and waffles, coffee. The only problem was that the area for eating was small for the amount of people coming to breakfast sometimes. And they can pay more attention to stock everything at the breakfast, sometimes food run out fast and nobody was there to refill.
I like that housekeeping change the towels everyday without any requests.
It is in a safe area, you have a store right in front of the hotel if you forget something.
It took us 30 minutes in a busy day to get from the hotel to Fisherman Wharf, which is good.
I recommended this hotel if you want to visit San Francisco, but only if you have a car to drive around. Safe area, good breakfast and clean rooms.

Wonderful airport hotel!!we flew in from a long day of flying to a friendly front desk staff, super cute and clean. The check in process was fast. The rooms were very nice and beds were so clean and comfy! We slept so well! We will always come here from now on if we have a layover in San Fran.

I stayed with my boyfriend and our room was upgraded to a suite in the corner, it was incredible! I was very happy about the upgrade! The concierge was very informative on restaurants nearby, the shuttle times, as well as other information pertaining to the stay. It was a long stressful day of traveling ahead of me, it was nice how helpful she was and how punctual the shuttle was that made the start of the trip easier. The New York pizza restaurant across the street was amazing as well I recommend the chipotle pizza with pesto!

My mother and I spent three nights here, and the staff accommodated check in for us due to our large luggage that we couldn’t haul around. We had a lovely time- very clean, housekeeping was well managed and staff all very friendly. complimentary breakfast was simple and good start to our morning. Couldn’t ask for more with a reasonable price. Thanks again!

Located near the SF airport, it is very convenient for short staying. There is a free airport shuttle that from Level 2 of the airport arrives directly outside the hotel. The room was quite large, clean and quiet, despite it being on the front-side.
The service was nice, helpful and kind.
The location is not so great as to go to restaurants you need to walk and when it happened to us it was raining...

Great little Hotel with welcoming staff and foyer has lemon juice with paper plates and cutlery and coffee.. Breakfast is good enough veriety for the family, staff are friendly 1pm checkout with no further cost plus our plane was in the evening so storing our luggage and getting the free courtesy bus after check out was really helpful. Enjoyed our stay before flight back to New Zealand. We walked to the mall that was close by as well.

Avoid Staying at The Atrium Hotel!

During my stay at The Atrium Hotel from September 30 to October 1, a front desk employee stole my credit card information and made unauthorized charges on October 4. How do I know it was them? The thief had the audacity to get the food delivered directly to the front desk.

To the thief: I hope you thoroughly enjoyed your chicken shawerma over hummus with pita bread—it’s a shame it came at the expense of your integrity.

To the hotel management: I sincerely hope you address this issue and don’t let such behavior slide. Guests deserve to feel secure when staying at your property.

To everyone else: Stay elsewhere. Protect your financial information and choose a hotel where trust isn’t an issue.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip but what a great find!

Close to the airport and for my local road trip needs, thus avoiding downtown SF.

Rooms are big and complete with TV, refrigerator and microwave.

Bathrooms are likewise large (for a hotel).

A big plus is that they also have FREE on-site parking which is rare around this area.

I've met the 3 front desk staff and each one of them are super nice, friendly and exceptionally helpful and polite. The same goes for the shuttle drivers who work extra hard for their well deserved tips with their sage advice and tips.
Very impressed with all the staff and services of the hotel.

There aren't many stores or restaurants near by which was a shame but there are plenty of food delivery options via Uber.

I definitely recommend the Atrium SFO and I'll be back again in a couple of weeks for a night before flying back home.
