The staff were friendly. The room was clean but definitely old and heavily aged. We were staying just the one night.
Checked the bed, everything was clean, no bugs and no stains.
It had a microwave and Keurig that we didn't need or use. We expected a mini refrigerator and they was not one, but again we didn't need it if we did we would have talked to the front desk. The cups for coffee were wrapped but the ones with the ice bucket were not. There was a bag for the ice bucket that you opened and inserted yourself so clean. I did go use the ice machine and it works.
The cabinets were worn and felt like the doors might fall off, no drawers except small ones in the night stands. Small room so if you need to hang anything they did have a few hangers to hang on pegs. Had ironing board and iron if you needed it.
Bathroom was clean and stoked with clean unstained towels and wash cloths. Tissues were located on the back of the toilet and it was opened with the top tissue pushed back down into the box. Would have been more appropriately placed in the room itself. Did have some basic soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion that we didn't use. The main issues with the bathroom is the door, the lock was broken and didn't work. I didn't need it with my family, but it should work if it's there. Also the for obviously have been through some rough times and flooding. The bottom of the door doesn't reach the door and it's swollen from previous water issues.
Would I send just anyone there in the future? Most definitely not! Would I go back under the right circumstances myself, possibly knowing what to expect for the money and how close it is to San Francisco activities, probably.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
This hotel is a complete disappointment and should be avoided at all costs. Like others have mentioned, they advertise a low price but slap on undisclosed extra fees once you check in. The rooms are filthy, poorly maintained, and far from what they promise online. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi is absolutely terribleāit keeps disconnecting, making it impossible to get anything done.
The overall experience felt like a scam. They carelessly neglect cleanliness and quality, and the service is lackluster at best. If youāre reading this, do yourself a favor: stay away and book somewhere else. You deserve better than this sham of a hotel.

The outside walkway was covered with trash. They had also raised the rate because of a music festival? The inside floor was dirty with hairs on the floor. They also charged $10 for parking. The two real positives were the employee that checked us in. He was very polite and friendly. The second positive was the bed was comfortable.

Me and My Husband stayed at the Mylo Hotel. We travel for work. We booked on Expedia. We looked at pics and the reviews. We wanted a bathtub. Which they had that came with a kitchen. So we paid extra.
We got a room with a shower and a kitchen. The lady at the front desk. She was very nice but miscommunication. She said the gentleman staying in one for the night we can get that room with a kitchen and bathtub for next day after 11am We stayed there for 2 nights
We got into town at 2 pm.
We tried to check in early. She said check in time, not tell 4 we can pay $30 to check in early.
We went got something to eat came back. The next day, we tried to get the room with the kitchen and bathtub.
This is the 3rd time trying to find cheap place to stay with bathtub.
We don't have time to drive from motel to motel asking for a bathtub.
I have a bad back, and sometimes I need to relax in a bathtub.
We didn't get the room with the kitchen and bathtub that we paid for.
The gentleman that was staying in it.
He booked it for the next few nights.
We stayed from November 2nd and checked out on November 4th.
On Sunday, November 3rd, I didn't shower, and I didn't make any food because we were told we get the other kitchen with a bathtub.
I was looking forward to taking a bath. I didn't want to cook in the other room and re clean up or didn't have time because we were supposed to be moved. I booked my work schedule for 2 pm instead of 12 pm.
It was after 12 pm. We still haven't gotten a call to move.
We mentioned to the lady, and she told us the man staying in that room booked it up to November 6th.
So I am not happy.
I didn't get my bath for the 3rd time.
I look at reviews, I look at pics, and I even call the motels.
All I want is to relax and have my wine.
My job does not pay for my motel stays. We have to pay out of pocket. So we look for the cheapest we can find.
Even tho I hate sleeping in uncomfortable beds. All I want is a bathtub.
We book motels almost every weekend at least.
And so far, I still haven't been able to get my bathtub.
I'm very mad because we paid for it.
Also, checkout is at 11am if you want to checkout at 12, it's $30.
The lady gave us tell 11:30 for the miscommunication.
Also the parking is not free. For 1 car is $10 if you have 2 cars in our case me and my Husband took 2 cars. It's $20 so if you got 2 cars the price is a total of $30. We have cones to mark our spot that was paid for. People be parking in people's spots and over crowd the line so you can't get your car in. My husband asked the lady about that problem. She said thier car will be towed. Not once did a tow truck come and removed this unpaid parking spot. It's supposed to not be free but people are using the spots as if it's for free.
There was no forks in our room we got stuck with 1 knife, 2 spoons, 1 tongs, 1 set of chop sticks, 1 bowl, 2 plates, a cutting board, 1 pot and 1 small frying pan. I brought my big frying pan but it was to big to fit on the burner. They had 2 spatulas. And thats it for cooking utensils. No sponges or anything to clean up with. Had to use a washcloth they did have a dish soap dispenser.
Also no shampoo when I asked for some they still gave us condition shampoo.
I just wanted shampoo.
We never pack any of that stuff because most motels provide it.
And with the climate and constantly traveling they explode in the suit cases.
I asked if they can clean the room when we leave which we left before 1pm.
They did not come in to clean.
There was wet towels in a pile in the bathroom and by the bed so I can keep my bare feet clean. They didn't clean the room.
The bed was so hard, my back is killing me from it.
This is why I need a bathtub.
I'm gonna go insane on the next motel we book and has no bathtub or they lie.
I'm gonna start going off on people.
It's not right and they shouldn't lie to you.
I hope my next stay at a motel will have a bathtub and a little more comfortable sleep.
We will never stay at the Mylo Hotel again.

Clean place for the night, and hotel front desk was very friendly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors. Please be respectful of neighbors, not an ideal place to have people over partying.

I feel like Iām a guest on MTVās Catfish and Iām the victim. They mustāve paid way too much money to have their website put together, as it is extremely deceiving. The website makes this place look like a decent place- a boutique hotel even. There is nothing boutique about this place at all, I mean if you want to count the condom wrappers on the floor of the hallway or the half rotted bathroom door then be my guest.
Iāll start with the door to our room. The deadbolt was extremely finicky so we had to put the gross and cracked leather chair up against the door to make sure that no one could get into our room. Considering the customer service we had when checking in, there is no way that theyād care about the deadbolt. The linens on the bed had all sorts of odd stains on them, we ended up using our raincoats as pillowcases and only used the top sheet- there was no way that we were going to touch that blanket. The green floor couldāve used a major scrubbing- or burning honestly, that needs to be replaced badly. It was dirty and stained and had rotted spots. The bathroom was by far the worst. The rotted spots on the floor had accumulated by the bathtub. The bathroom door was half rotted and would not shut properly- but the water pressure was decent, so that was cool.
Ultimately, I guess itās our fault for booking this place, we booked it like 6 months ago and the reviews werenāt this bad then. Avoid this place at all costs, they donāt care about the quality of your stay- itās obvious that this is an easy money grab for them.

DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!!!!
I stay at a lot of hotels and motels and this was the absolute worst. Owners family runs the place. They charge extra fees not disclosed anywhere. The rooms were dirty, smelt strong of cigarettes and marijuana and their queen beds are actually double beds. False advertisement and a sham. Please, if you are reading this, STAY AWAY!!! They also discriminate against Latinos and Caucasians. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They don't have parking. You also have to walk upwards of a half mile away and walk to your hotel.

First off, they jacked the price up from $90 a night to $250 a night because of the convention in town that we were there for.
The bed had no fitted sheet on it, just a regular sheet for the bottom, and another sheet covering the top blanket because it had stains on it. While there were plenty of pillows, they were terribly uncomfortable. They did not come in and clean our room while we were staying there even though we were there for four nights. When we wanted fresh towels, I had to go downstairs and request them. They said that they could not give me new ones unless I brought the old ones to them first. So, up the stairs down the stairs up the stairs down the stairs. Kind of ridiculous. And, not to be mean, but the girl working downstairs did not speak enough English to understand what hand towels or bath mats were. And finally, and this is not the hotel's fault, but the hotel is definitely in a very bad area of town. Walking the distance between the hotel and the restaurant down the street, there were several piles of feces that looked more like human than dog, and I was constantly watching where I put my feet for fear of finding needles in the debris along the edges of the sidewalk. I would not stay here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
