We were seated immediately, and We started off with the awesome yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. Order the cheese fries for an appetizer. They looked and tasted amazing. For my meal, I ordered the smokehouse burger with steak fries. The burger tasted so good. The fries were okay. Our server was super nice, but it took a while for us to get our drinks. It took a while for us to get any refills on our drinks also. I would still recommend texas roadhouse to anyone looking for a good burger.

Took my wife out for a lovely dinner. The food was great and the servings were plentiful. We were seated very promptly even though it was busy. The wait person was attentive, bringing additional rolls and making sure we had everything we needed. Even the manager stopped and asked how we were doing and was there anything we needed. The atmosphere was typical sports bar so it would not be for a romantic evening out. We've gone to many of the steakhouses around from high end to quick and cheap. This is our go-to place for both food and service.

Consistency. That's why we never fear going to TR when on the road and this one was no exception. Everything was great!

Our Waitress was Emma Grace and she gave amazing service. One of the best steals I’ve ever ate and prices were amazing for the food. The Only Complaint I have is that I ordered it Medium Well and it was well done. The Rolls Were delicious. Overall the service made up for the one complaint. 5 stars amazing food and service. Looks amazing on the inside. Wow. Just Wow. My new favorite restaurant

My wife and I had dinner at this Texas Roadhouse last night and the food was excellent! Our server, Isabella was wonderful. She was constantly checking to see if we needed anything and making sure that our food was cooked as ordered. We'll definitely be back the next time we're visiting the city.

Texas Roadhouse Florence, AL 8/16/24 5:46pm this bug emerged from the bed of rice on my plate. The waitress offered to bring me another bowl of rice. I told her I didn’t want to meet its brother or sister. Manager said well that isn’t good. I didn’t ask for any compensation, but they sure didn’t offer any. We have been eating at this location since it opened.

This is the first time I have ever given them a less than perfect score for their steak. I have been ordering the 16oz. Sirloin cooked medium rare and it's has always been cooked perfect and tender for a sirloin steak and taste delicious. But this time it was TOUGH... Very tough. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't chew it. I thought at first it would get more tender towards the middle of the steak but it only got worse. this has never happened before at this or any Texas roadhouse restaurant. I hope and believe it was just a bad steak and it won't happen again. I told our server (who was awesome by the way) and she offered to get me another steak but we had an appointment so I didn't have time to wait as they were packed that day and very busy so I told her I would appreciate a discount and she went to take to the manager (who didn't come to my table and talk to me or look at the steak, I would have appreciated speaking with them about it. But they were busy as I said.) They offered us a 10% discount (which was adequate... I would have preferred to show them the steak.) Everything else was great as usual! Food, service, everything. Love the rolls!

Customer service and overall experience was a 2. My date and i ordered our steaks medium well and mine was still attached to the cow. By the time my steak was recooked my date was finished with his meal. We never received refills throughout the night. Our table was semi clean with napkins from the previous guests under the table. There was only about a 5 to 15 min wait so they weren’t extremely busy to wear our waitress should have waited on us properly.
