poor service, I was then into the room it was not dark inside. I undressed and the towels smelled where your face goes. The lady was very hard on my shoulders and under arm where I kept telling her please not so hard it was a very intense rubbing all over my body. My massage was interrupted 4 times by her walking out the room answering phones and talking to another lady in the office. Music was not relaxing it was R&B songs not the type of relaxing music I want to hear. The lady jumped on the table where I can feel her knees by my ribs as she was rubbing hard on me that was funny and weird to experience... no joke. The ending was finished she asked me for a tip rudely I said $10.00 on top of my one hour session she said give me $15-20 demanding me by asking me more than once when I declined. I looked at my receipt and she charged me $10.00 tip when I went home I seen my bank account she charge add. $15.00!!!! without my permission I have the receipt & my bank account showing the add amount taken horrible!!!! never go here not worth it I was left with sore sore muscles and pain all over had to go take a chance with another place who did a wonderful job removed the knots and pain what an experience... save yourself the time and disappointment seek another place.

Came in at 7pm because I was hurting & saw they had a 1hour reflexology massage for $35.

When I got there the lady handed me a menu with all of their prices crossed out. I asked how much that same massage would be and she told me they don't do 1 hour reflexology massages any more.

She let me known that the only service they provide now is a 30 minute chair massage for $30. Okay. So... why even hand me a menu?

Super frustrating because I drove 30 minutes to get there (+ 30 minutes home) and didn't get a massage.

Save your time/money and go somewhere else.

The massage was not very great, and definitely not great for the price. They charge BEFORE the massage (plus $2 for using card). Then they ask for tip after and ask to run your card after massage (with another $2 credit charge).

I chose to run my card again for tip and the whole time the two women were complaining because I adjusted my tip to account for the two extra charges. Won't be coming back here.

The owner was so rude. She kept rushing us out and had nerve to ask for a tip and she wasn't the one who messaged me..I gave them $5.00 and she ask for more..

very good massage, she went nice hard in my shoulder blades which is where i had the most pain.
