I have been going to this spa for several years now. Valarie and Amanda are very good massage therapists and Jordyn is an amazing Esthetician. It is very quaint and peaceful. Everyone is really professional and I love it here. One of my favorite spots in Redlands, CA

I’ve been here twice now and found it to be a very nice place. The business is in an old house in the Redlands neighborhood, which they turned into a spa.

You get to wait in a quiet room and get a foot soak and neck/shoulder heating pad before your massage, if you arrive early enough. They have different scents to add to your foot soak which is fun.

I had two prenatal massages here and my mom had the regular Swedish massage. All were good, relaxing massages. During my first massage, I let the masseuse know that I had hip pain, so she could work in it. When the time came she moved the blankets/sheets all around and ultimately said she didn’t know how to get to it and she was going to do the massage on top of the sheets. It was ok but just a little odd I thought.

A few small ideas: I that they could use some of the products they are selling in the bathrooms so clients could sample them. (Rather than store bought yellow dial) Maybe use some clear plastic cups for the complimentary water rather than Dixie cups. I thought the overall decor could be updated a bit.

Not the experience I was expecting

I received a gift card from my husband for a spa day. I have been here before and I have  had a nice experience. This time was not as great.

I got the orange Blossom service, which is a 3 hour service.  The first part with Amanda was great. She made me feel comfortable, and she explained each step of the service.

The last half of the service, which was a facial done by Jessica, was not the best experience. She was very rough with my face and made me feel as if I was a waste of her time. It almost felt as if I was a child who's parent was in a hurry and was just washing my face to hurry up and leave. Considering that package was $355, I feel like a bit more consideration, and customer service would have been nice. I brought my concerns to the manager who did offer a resolution, which I do appreciate.

However, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, so it may be a long time before I decide to return.

You. Need. This. Place.
Such a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Love how you're welcomed with a hot neck pillow and foot soak while you wait. The staff is absolutely incredible.
I came in with a lot of pain, but Brady was amazing! He is super knowledgeable, and as a female client, I felt so safe!!! I cannot recommend this spa or Brady enough.

First time client, I came because I was given a gift card to this place. I tried out the 90 min massage with Valerie. When I get massages I ask for upper back focus and usually end up disappointed in the massage but not with Valerie at this spa. It was so relaxing and probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten! Will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Amanda today.

As I walked in I was greeted by two front desk representatives. They offered me a complimentary foot soak with the choice of an essential oil and heated neck thing.

Amanda checked in with me throughout the massage. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. She even gave me some stretches and massage pointers for when I went home.

Will definitely return to Amanda and I already scheduled my next appointment!

I have been to Spa many times after I wrote my previous review. They have been very kind to me. Their facials have done wonders on my skin. By the way, I never received any written apology via mail neither the discount as mentioned in their response below but that’s okay.

Visiting the spa in general makes me happy. It smells so good in there and music is very relaxing. I am curious to try their body wrap in the future. Their shop has really great products which you may not be able to find else where. Do check it out if you ever plan to visit it. Don't forget to taste their apple cider , it's yummm 🙂

Overall, Its a very clean place. They are taking all the required precautions. I highly highly recommend this Spa especially for facials and massages.

I have been to this spa several times and it has always been a good experience. But TODAY wasn't. Last time, I had a facial and their esthetician ( Jessica ) did really great job with extracting my pimples and cleaning out the gunk. However, when I visited the spa after reopening my experience wasn't the same. I booked a facial as always and esthetician (a new one ) asked which kind of facial I would like to go for and I told her to do usual one (acne facial) and she did it. There was NO EXTRACTION in the process which was very very weird. I had a few breakouts when I went there and she dint even touch them and facial was for 110$ so I kind of felt like it was waste go money. Also, I DO NOT like the way they try to forcefully sell the MURAD products in the end. I already have a skincare routine and I know my skin needs and everybody does ;so making a suggestion is okay but forcing it is weird. Maybe just next time I will tell them before hand to include extraction in the acne facial.

On a side note, I do not like the person who takes appointments on the phone (Stacy, if I remember it correctly). She called me before reopening as I was on their wait list and told me about their availability schedule. I asked for anytime after 5 PM and she told me that they are open for limited time at the moment and she tried to book me for a random time and when I told her that I am not available until 5 pm as I work, she said then I am sorry we do have limited operation hours. She NEVER mentioned that they are open on the weekends until I asked. Also, next morning on their instagram page I read they are open from 9 AM to 7 PM and when I inquired on Instagram they said that they were unsure about their opening hours earlier. THEN WHY TO REACH OUT TO PEOPLE WHEN YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE HOURS.

I just did not like the behavior of people over there this time. I don't know what changed because I never felt the same way before.

I went to the spa today with a good friend. We were greeted and shown to the quiet room. Immediately served a beverage and set up with foot soaks and warm neck pillows. From that point on we were pampered. I had a wonderful massage, hydro tub and amazing facial. Excellent staff and very relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back again.
