I really enjoyed my 3 visits here. The staff is always consistently welcoming and I leave felling rejuvenated and at peace. I’m so glad I got to experience the salt cave with my father before he passed. I wished he could have experienced more visits with me, but I’ll always remember this time here with him and thank you to the staff for being kind to us and showing great customer service. That’s all we have is memories, and this is a beautiful memory I’ll have with my Dad.

I hope to return sometime soon.

If you’re looking for a good deep tissue massage, check out Redlands Cryo Spa. Anietie does awesome work. One of those massages where you feel the effects throughout the day. Definitely will be returning.

Overall neat experience! I was fortunate enough to come midday when there were only two others in the salt cave. There’s plenty of seating to choose from with different views and sound volumes for your liking.

Unfortunately the speaker kept cutting in and out which was rather distracting while I was trying to relax. I just moved closer to the water area and that drowned out the speaker.

What a wonderful place!! You walk in and immediately feel the energy is relaxing, warm, and inviting! We went to Redlands Crystal to sit in the Himalayan Salt Cave. What an amazing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! Definitely wear the socks they provide. The salt hurts to walk on. The dressing rooms are neat and clean. The salt cave is quiet and calming. Well put together! We sat in a room after, I forget what it was called, but it had an amazing foot salt lamp!! Wonderful!! Also had foot massagers. We were there on Saturday October 3, I wish I could remember the youg ladies name that was there. She brought us a cup of water and a chocolate while we relaxed. There were lots of DoTerra items to sample and purchase. Lots of helpful items to purchase as well. We never felt pressured. The young lady was so gracious.

Originally found this on a Groupon for the Salt Cave. I decided on a whim to buy and experience for fun...best decision ever!! I discovered Cryotherapy while there...this was in 2021.. I've been a loyal customer since. As a nurse, it boosted my immune system and kept me healthy during flu season, managed my chronic back pain and current rotator cuff tear, and painful inflammation. Being a nurse for 25 years is tough on the body. I've brought my hubbs, children, and grandbaby here to assist when they're having pain or not feeling well. Believe and receive. This place is magical. Healing doesn't always come in a bottle, injection, or pill. 10 out of 10 stars!

I had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago. I was told I should try Cryo to speed the healing and mobility. Cindy told me to come a minimum of 3 times per week for best results. I went 2 days after the mastectomy and did both the full body and the local treatment. The local treatment released the tightness and I was able to lift my arm above my head (something I was told would take weeks!). I went at least 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks but then I missed about 2 weeks (out of town, etc) but I noticed right away that it was stiffening up and there was more discomfort. I went back and the difference is absolutely amazing. I have also spent time in the salt cave and there is nothing more relaxing than that! By the way, my doctors were so happy with the healing that they removed the drain tube after one week. If you have health issues of any kind, you should run to them. Cindy and her staff are caring and truly believe in the services they provide.

The Salt Cave is beautiful and cozy. Beware of the smaller pod chairs. My mom sat in one and it flipped backwards. And the air does not have the salt in it like other salt caves I've been to.
The massages were ok. My face ring pillow was broken and I kept having to fix it throughout my massage. Annoying.
The manager really needs to figure something out for the stool situation at the cryotank. The employee had to stand on a box that tilted under her feet twice while she put someone in there. Dangerous in my opinion.
Also, the scheduling of our treatments was a hassle at best. They didn't tell us our times, their scheduling was off, the massages were off by 15 min (didn't get a true 90min), and then the facialist was unable to show-up.
So many other great reviews. But I don't think I'll be returning.

Redlands Cryo Spa is a wonderful place for my pain relief from a major surgery of my lumbar spine. The Cryo before any treatment is incredible. The Normatec improved the circulation in my legs, and helped the radiating pain to my ankles by 75%. A massage makes you feel so relaxed and pampered. And the Salt Cave makes me feel so healthy, breathing in the Hymmalyan Salt, I feel like I'm healing from the inside. My daughter came with me and we tried the Celluma 3-in-1 LED light on our faces for 30 minutes, and we saw dramatic improvement throughout the day. Cindy and her staff are so helpful and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend these treatments, and there are many more available, I haven't tried yet. Definitely a 5 star!
