All I can say is that I reallylove the service that we received... All of the feedback from my guest, meant everything to me 🥰 The place looked beautiful, and the staff was really super nice! They were on top of everything and them not letting me do anything really allowed me to enjoy my celebration with my loved ones. Esmeralda was amazing, the outline of the party, the timing, the accuracy 👌 totally worth it...

Unprofessional and petty owner. Our party was awesome but the hall sucked, AC was broken, power kept going out, kitchen was too small and the owner Esmeralda or whatever her name was is a lying backstabbing money hungry witch that charged for breathing air in her musty hall. She was all nice to our faces until we decided to cancel the payment for lighting the stage because we decided to go with marquee lights. We show up for our party and we’re banned from the kitchen and told to use the storage closet for our food like we’re animals instead of paying customers. Horrible petty woman!

I wish there was an option with no star because that’s what this place deserves. The lady that was in charge (Esmeralda) made things so much harder on the day of our event. After paying a good amount of money on this horrible banquet hall she tried to switch up the kitchen access on us. Than the power keep shutting off during the event. So embarrassing. The AC was barely working. She probably set it up like that. Whenever something goes wrong we would tell the bartender to contact Esmeralda about the issue and she would tell us she can’t get a hold of Esmeralda. How unprofessional is that. It’s funny how after everything was paid she doesn’t care. The size of that hall will probably hold 10 people. Not 300. False advertisement. Don’t rent from Esmeralda Ojeda. She will screw you over. To her maintenance/janitor guy who was no help at all was very useless. He just kept walking around doing nothing about the power shutting off. Very unprofessional not only from the owner but the staff as well.

The only reason I put a 1 star is because ZERO stars wasn’t an option. They advertised their place as being able to hold up to 300 guests when it could barely hold up the 150 guests that we had at our mom’s birthday party last night. Our family has had numerous parties over the years at different venues, and we have never experienced such unprofessionalism and disappointment at ANY venues other than THIS ONE. The owner or whatever she was, named ESMERELDA, from the moment we arrived, LOCKED the kitchen on us & tried prevent us from using it after already agreeing to let us use it to serve our guests. We were hosting a party of 150-200 people and they wanted us to serve the food we had from a STORAGE ROOM!! Not to mention she left behind 2 minions who were as crude and unprofessional as she was, where they secretly took pictures of every little thing we did, and of FIVE small dishes(which we washed & cleaned!) we had just used from the kitchen and sent it in a group chat amongst themselves, where Esmeralda came in towards the end of OUR event being confrontational about. FIVE dishes! She continues to tell us that we needed to start packing up because our event ends at 12am yet it was barely 11pm! We literally felt harassed by her and her staff. And if that wasn’t bad enough, THE ELECTRICITY cuts off THREE times during our event. And the little man or janitor she left behind to be in charge of the circuits, who has severe issues and continued to make unprofessional remarks and faces at us throughout the night, tells us that our DJ and his system (who we hired professionally) was using TOO much power which is why it was shutting off... HUH!! Like what What kind of event hall is this I am so mind blown at the entire situation and yet so grateful we never have to deal with this place ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It was supposed to be a joyous event for our mom, and yet ESMERELDA & the unprofessional staff almost ruined it. If you have money to spend, DO NOT waste it here.

If you like being harassed at your own party an hour before it ends where the owner comes and starts cleaning up before you can start thanking the guests, please spend your money here! Can’t forget to mention the wonders of having the power going out in the middle of your party multiple times and being locked out of the kitchen and being told to serve food from a dirty storage room, this is the place to rent out!!
