Rooms were ok. It's good for a stop and go type of situation. They are pretty clean but small. I had one issue when I lost my key and the lady who worked in the front office was taking a smoke break had me waiting until she smoked the whole cigarette to finally help me and it was 1 am in the morning. Other than that, rooms are decent and clean.

A few years ago with my brother paralyzed from a stroke. Returned here Oct 9 and Oct 10. The female manager at the Front Desk told us you did not rent a handicapped suite. We just rented both Handicapped Suites last night. She said you made your reservation through a Third Party. All we have available is room with a walk-in shower. The toilet is for preschool and daycare centers. .y sister and I are 2 adults that use adult toilets since we were teenagers. This hotel looked great a few years ago and now the carpet is falling apart and the carpets in the hallways are no longer one color. The furniture is old. The toilet seat was cracked when we arrived in the room. The wallpaper is peeling in the hallways. We wanted housekeeping services and when we returned after a day away from the hotel. We called room service for clean towels and we were told that housekeeping cleans the rooms every other day and the guest has to call the Front Desk told request room service. We have stayed in hotels all over the USA. My sister and I were staying in the same room. Our brother who was paralyzed has passed away. FORGOT TO TAKE PHOTOS. THE CHEF PREPARES THE BEST FOOD AND SHE IS THE MOST CHEERFUL EMPLOYEE. SHE IS 100% HANDICAPPED SHE NEEDS A HIGHER SALARY. SHE'S THE ACTUAL FACE OF YOUR HOTEL. (I DECIDED TO CHANGE THE LENGTH OF OUR STAY AND ONLY STAY 2 NIGHTS. I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE CALIFORNIA (909) AND THAT I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE AND I HAD TALKED TO A THIRD PARTY AND WE CANNOT PRINT YOU A RECEIPT SHOWING HOW MUCH YOU PAID. AND THAT SAME THIRD PARTY WILL HAVE TO REFUND YOU FOR THE NIGHTS YOU DID NOT STAY. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK. WHEN I COME TO CALIFORNIA AGAIN, I WILL NOT WANT TO STAY AT YOUR HOTEL. THIS HOTEL HAS TO BE REMODELED. I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHO THE NEW OWNER OF THIS HOTEL IS CURRENTLY OR IF IS STILL OWNED BY HILTON HONORS. JUST STATING AS I HAVE STAYED IN YOUR HOTEL BEFORE IN THE HANDICAPPED SUITE. PLEASE REMODEL THE INTERIOR BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE LIVING IN THE GHETTO.

Very accessible from I-10 , very modern well kept property. The woman that checked us in at 0100 on 24 July was great!!! Very friendly, very professional.
The room was huge, 2 queen beds, small fridge, decent size work desk, very large modern bathroom.
Breakfast buffet was excellent... the standard items, but very well maintained, every thing was hot, looked and tasted good and the woman that was taking care if the buffet was extremely friendly as well

J. Gonzales checked us in. She was very friendly and amazing. It is rare nowadays for someone to put so much energy into each guest. She offered recommendations and and made me feel that she cared about our experience. I noticed she put the same effort into the next guest that checked in. She brought a smile to my face.

I recently spent three nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino and left with mixed feelings. The welcome was less than warm, starting with a surprising change in the complimentary water bottles, which were only half-sized due to a management decision. The lobby, although clean, lacked a welcoming atmosphere and was noticeably underused by guests beyond breakfast hours.

Speaking of breakfast, although included, I chose not to partake, so I cannot comment on its quality. The room itself was clean, free from any unpleasant odors, and equipped with a comfortable king bed, a desk, and a chair. However, seating options were limited as there was no ottoman or additional chair to relax on besides the desk chair.

A notable issue was the bathroom setup. My shower was missing a door, replaced by a curtain that was too short, resulting in water spilling onto the bathroom floor during showers.

Having been a loyal patron of Hilton for many years, it's disheartening to encounter these issues consistently at their San Bernardino locations. It might be time for me to explore other options in the area.

Approx. 50 miles from Los Angeles and 30 miles from Palm Springs, this establishment featured a beautiful view of the Bernardino Mountains. Located at the end of the street on E Hospitality Lane, the Hampton Inn & Suites is a pet-friendly hotel that is a little older and has no traffic noise. This is where my partner and I spent a night in May. There were several restaurants within a 2-mile radius. Greeted by the front desk, check-in was easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the building were kept up. The fitness room was small and great for a quick workout. Breakfast until 10 a.m. was definitely a treat, with a variety of options. They have a heated pool. The free parking was a bonus. The price was comparable to the area. The staff were professional, very friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved our little time away here and had an absolutely wonderful stay, so we can recommend this place.
