Came here after getting evacuated from the fires manager refused to let us stay because we had dogs with us. All other hotels are full, they wouldn’t make an exception even though I offered to pay more. Unreal how people can be during extreme emergencies and no empathy for those displaced.

Stayed here for a weekend. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very nice. It's also close to the highway if you're a road traveler. 🏨 😊

The hotel owner reserved the 2nd and 3rd floors for his family members leaving no other options to change rooms. Apparently the only room available was the room right next to the elevator on the 1st floor. Customers do not come first here...

As a diamond platinum member I have been to many different best Western hotels this is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They have taken $200 from me 2 separate times ($100 each time) and it shows in my transaction history but not in their system and they will not help me or compensate me in any way. I have filed a complaint with corporate and will continue to push the issue until this is resolved.

My brother was having back surgery at Loma Linda Hospital and this hotel was so convenient!! The hotel is only a few mins drive to the hospital and truly very close, less than 2 miles from big chain restaurants which was a blessing in disguise.

The hotel, although very close to the fwy was quiet and the room was very nice and super clean. The beds were also very comfortable allowing us to have a good nights sleep. For anyone who likes their room to be temperatured control this is the hotel!! Love, love the way the air conditioner/heater worked. Sergio who works the front desk was super nice and provided us a list of restaurants both mom and pops as well as larger chain options.

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of breads, pastries, cereals, juices and they served eggs, sausage, tater tots, coffee is served all day along with lemon water.

For anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to stay I would recommend this hotel.

I reserved this room, with the information that it had breakfast;hot tub ,it showed as a bigger room cold coffee in the lobby,it took more than 20 mins to verify my reservation after i did it on line, and paid $231 , I asked if i have discount for being triple A member,they told me it wad already included when they did not know I was a member. Asked also for discount because the bedsheet was wrinkled it looked they did not change it .they told me it was gonna be and go bach to my card I haven't seen anything yet .This is not acceptable and is unbelievable.
This was our 31st anniversary with my wife.
