I have dined at PhoEver a few times. Their food is delicious even though their prices are higher than other pho restaurants. It's justified that some pho restaurants serve really tiny pieces of meatball or less meatballs. PhoEver has a generous portion of meat, and their broth is delicious, not oily. The Spring Rolls are fresh and crunchy (using cucumber). The Thai tea is delicious. Service was excellent, very attentive waitress who checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The restaurant is clean.

Family went to eat here recently and I was quite disappointed compared to prior experience. Looks like it's under new management. (1) Pho - broth was good; (2) sides - basil and bean sprouts were old and repurposed; definitely not appealing to a pho lover; (3) garlic chili oil- this is not the home-made garlic chili I remember. I select my pho place based on broth and garlic chili oil; used to be super good. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months bc I believe in 2nd chances:-)

Right off the bat the ladies upfront welcomed me and was able to quickly seat me. I asked if they had smaller portions and they had the perfect sized kid bowl. So I got that with seafood and some fresh spring rolls. So so good. Im not sure if the gentleman who checked on me is the owner or what but I appreciated the service. It was so wholesome to see their younger family member so eager to help take orders and help in the restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing. It's calm but upbeat at the same time. Everyone is so nice.
The food amazing. The broth is light yet savory. The fresh spring rolls were to die for.
The broth is made in house and I love that so much. Very high quality restaurant

Been to PhoEver several times in my life, and they never disappoint. The Ladies that take your order are always very nice and helpful. The Cooks, cook with Care and Dedication. Beautiful atmosphere, clean restaurant. Overall great establishment. I like to order their Lemongrass Chicken. No exaggeration when I say this, some of the best Lemongrass Chicken you'll ever have!! We Ordered for Pick-Up, but whether you do that or dine-in, I know you'll enjoy your experience with them! I recommend PhoEver to everyone!

I've been going here for a couple of years now I just moved closer luckily. It's my favorite pho in clovis, hands down, not to mention their side dishes are very delicious as well. I'd recommend the fried rice. Also, I love the staff here is chill enough place to just hang out at the bar and watch a game. Gotta dine in though to get the best flavor.

Mostly soup ! 90%liquid just a bit of noodles and a tiny piece of tendon!🙁 very small pieces of tripe🙁 had a bit more meat but not to justify the cost . But mostly liquid, it was a bit tastier than other pho places . atmosphere it’s nice and clean but the person that brings you the food let’s just say I was afraid of asking him for anything else. When we were leaving not even a thank you or glad you came in or hope to see you again or hope everything was good., !!! He did Almost run Me over . But that’s ok !

Had the egg rolls and they were delicious, small, but delicious. I also had the rare steak and meatball pho and it was the best I have ever had by far!! The food had no heavy flavors and not heavy on salt. It was the perfect portion of food. I just couldn't stop drinking the broth. Could have earned 5 stars if customer service was better. The food overall is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had and I have tried all over fresno and surrounding areas. Come and try here.
You won't be disappointed. 🥰😋
