The room was nice, clean, well stocked with towels. The room also had a really nice bathroom with enough space to get ready. I left a face cleansing tool in the room. The manager, Vicki, said they couldn't find it initially. She called me back a day or two later and found my face massager! It was a fairly pricey item, around $100. She sent it to me at no cost. The manager went above and beyond to get my item back to me. She even bubble wrapped it so it wouldn't get damaged in the mail. These people are so nice and genuinely honest. I will definitely be back to say again soon. ?

Hotel and room were both clean and well designed. Unfortunately, I left my make-up bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When I realized my mistake and called the hotel that evening Donna was very nice and confirmed they had my bag and took down all my information. Vicky the manager then contacted me the next morning to see how she could best help me get my bag back. A++ for understanding and going above and beyond to help me out. We will always stay at this Hampton Inn when we come to Florence.

The rooms and structure and painting and architecture of the building is really gorgeous. Their paint is really of color. It's very magnificent with its blend and the texture of the carpets in the hallway. The vanities are very nice. Refrigerator and microwave. USB ports in lampstand. Very nice weight room and indoor swimming pool. Laundry is accommodating. It's 3.25 or 3.50 per wash and dry cycle. They have coffee and its very fresh and hot. Thanks Hampton Inn. Clean quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast, Even though it was sold out the place was pretty quiet. Vickie at the front desk was very helpful! We will be back! I felt safe here.

This a great hotel, looks freshly updated if not fairly new. The staff was great, parking is little small.

It's really close to the downtown spots. Great food options 3 minutes by car, probably 15-20 minutes walking, 7-10 minutes on a bicycle. There is a great little local coffee shop 2 minutes away, they are extremely friendly, fast, and flavorful.

It's only 20 minutes from the RTJ parking lot, which is where were the last two days. Very reasonable option to the advertised pairing option at the other brand's property.

Despite being under construction I had a great experience while staying here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Janette who was there doing breakfast both mornings. The first morning we discussed how I was there to give some training and the second morning I came in for breakfast she asked me how the training went. This is a good lesson for all companies, invest in people like this, as they are an invaluable asset to customer experience… much more than any physical upgrade to the property ?.
